Interesting tool! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum dare 42 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :)

It's an interesting concept. Good job!

Thanks!

This is pretty fun! The idea is original, and the songs created, while odd, are mostly pleasant. It's a very cool experimental game. Good job!

Developer

Thank you!

I like what you were trying to do here. Pitches were assigned to letters and length was decided by size of the word with player manipulation on maximum length allowed. As for how to make a game out of this... Maybe some kind of word puzzle where you ask a question and give a tonal response and its up to the player to find the correct answer with the pitch tonation as a clue!

I'm glad you like it. :) I'm sure there's some sort of game potential here. But I also think the world kinda needs more bizarre almost-like-a-game-but-not-quite experiments too.

Hey! I just wanted to let you know that a video of one of my playthrough/reviews is up and you're a part of it!
Take a look here:

That's got a lot of potential.  I think it's an interesting idea.  There could be a game involved here somehow, I'm sure, I'm not sure HOW but I'm sure there could be.  Very interesting concept!

Great work!

I'm glad you like the concept! It was one of those ideas I had to give a try, even if it wasn't really a game.

The sound doesn't work for me. I like the concept and want to try it. Reminds me of the kinds of toys that were in the first Wario Ware game if you played it.

Developer

Hmm, what browser are you using?

Submitted

I am using Chrome, but I just loaded up the game on another computer and it works on this one.

Developer

That's good then! Sorry it didn't work on the first one though.

Interesting idea

Thanks!

Cool! Liked how the tempo is mapped to word length. Would be interesting to make it polyphonic, where multiple paragraphs are played simultaneously by different instruments.

Developer

I'm glad you liked it!

And yeah, that would be a cool thing to try if I build a 2.0 version.
