Beyond the UnderGroundOk, real talk, I'm looking at all the other comments on this game and I am not 100% sure if other people really played it to the end. I will not say much because I think this is a game that should be enjoyed without knowing much about it, but I want to say that I really enjoyed the trip this game took me in. Just a little thing I don't speak English fluently, and sometimes it takes me a little while to read texts, so I could not read all the dialogues because some bubbles disappear too quickly :/
But very good game anyway, good job ! :D

Bug on the moon 🌘🐛This is such a brilliant game. I'm a huge fan of the art style and the music, the character sprites in particular are my favorites. It is such a unique take on the theme as well. So far this has definitely been the best game I played in the jam. Great work!

Bug Bill VRThis is by far the best submission I have played through for this jam.
The art style and general direction was spot on, so much effort went into this and it really paid off. Kudos to everyone involved in putting that together because this is simply beautiful.
One thing that could be added if this is revisited would be to make the gameplay a bit more responsive, I wish there was better indication for the stage door and I wish there was better button feedback when accessing different rooms. Adding some sort of mechanic in the game would’ve made the gameplay a bit more interesting.
That being said, that criticism pales in comparison to how amazing this game is. Hands down the best concept for this jam. Big fan of this and I really really hope you all keep working on making this a full game. This has a lot of great potential and you all must be very skilled and talented individuals to put all of this together.

I personnaly think you're right. We talked a lot among us about what the gameplay should be and I think we settled on what was best in regard of the time we had given ourselves.
However, I would love to see us find a better balance between the game mechanics and everything else next time so nothing is lost !

NanoDoom2dNice game! The concept is really unique and the accompanying art is very cute. Not really sure how it fits the theme of bug but its an interesting game. A piece of feedback would be to make the pop up dialogue skippable with a button, rather than setting it off after some time. Other than that, the game has potential, well done!
