I totally agree with you; I was just short on time. Thanks for playing the duck game!

I mostly just stuck to rubber duckies and parrots. I’d get a rubber duck in the first or last place and just fill the rest with the parrots. A stray frog here and there to boost the numbers, too. I didn’t feel like I was any close to losing, so I was the one who had to decide to stop when Evil Harry showed up. :)
The graphics were lovely and the story was very intriguing, I was very invested! I was slightly confused how the capybaras were able to just leave at the end, but in general I liked the tale.
No complaints, except for making some the minigames a tad more forgiving, but all in all, this was a great experience. great work!
There’s some moments where the game gets laggy, and the camera movement is a bit disorienting. But the game itself is neato, I like the idea of the spinning spawnblade just wrecking everything. Chad caught me after I destroyed $900 worth of valuables!
A little more care into the two issues above and this game will really shine! You’re on your way there. Great work!
This game was Weird™. It’s the right kind of game for me! I loved the environment, the dialogue, the vibes. Very surreal. I enjoyed it a lot.
The spin jumps took a long time for me to get used to, it didn’t feel like there was any room for error. Maybe more forgiving checkpointing could help here. But near the end of the game I felt like I finally found my stride with the jumps.
Thanks for the weird experience! Great job!
All these little babies getting in my way! Very charming little game. It looks great, and it plays pretty great too. It just needs a some tunes to really tie it together.
I did find it pretty easy, most of the time all of these babies felt pretty idle or going to random locations, so danger was low.
For the longest time, I didn’t know I could use WASD to move. I kind of like it without regular movement though! Using the spinning attack for movement felt really good by itself! Great job on this game!
The aiming is a bit too precise, it’s pretty difficult! I suggest tweaking most hitboxes to be much more generous! (Or make the bullet real big and thick.) I’d also wish I could just restart at the floor I died in, rather than start the whole game over, that’s also very punishing.
The game itself is very well put together! It looks great, it sounds great, and I love how polished the UI is, especially with the reloading animation. You all put a lot of care into this game, so great work!
Aww, thanks, that means a lot! Up until now, I haven’t participated in a game jam since that grapple game; life got in the way. It feels nice to take part in a jam again, although I’m definitely a little rusty!
I also remember some of your games. Blitzkraft and Udder Chaos in particular, since we both participated in those Game Offs. You’ve been been busy honing your craft since then!
I wasn’t exactly sure where I was delivering pizzas to, the yellow circle was a not very clear to me. But once I understood the game better I was able to make some good quality pizza deliveries. :)
I really liked the look of the town, it was teeming with detail! And well done on your first game! Making games is not easy, but its very rewarding. Keep going and best of luck!
I admit I felt a little lost in some parts of the game, I wasn’t sure what the controls were and what my goals were. For example, I initially tried to collect the gems, but maybe that was not what I was supposed to do?
But I loved loved loved the little twist in the gameplay once you reach the center of the earth. That was very amusing and enjoyable to play!
Great job on your game!
The art in this game was lovely to see, I really enjoyed that. I loved the little tribe of creatures. I also enjoyed the chill relaxed vibe of the game, it was nice to just play mastermind and walk around the island.
I did start off by collecting everything in the island, only to realize I could only have 3 items when making an offering. So I dropped all the items into organized piles around the altar, only to realize all the items were reset and scattered again. Oof!
In any case, after I realized how the inventory worked, I had an enjoyable time with this game. Great work! And congrats on making your first game!
This is so good! This game feels so well put together and very complete. It is so clever with its interpretation of the theme. Of course my favorite part is the ragdolling. It is most excellent. But we shouldn’t laugh, it is a most Serious matter that could cause injury. I have no complaints, except maybe that I didn’t hear any honking when pressing the H key!
I highly enjoyed this. Great stuff!
Wow, the music gets REAL stressful when you’re in danger of falling. I enjoyed this game a lot. It throws a lot at you at the beginning, even with such a well-built tutorial. So the beginning of the game had me fixing emergencies very frequently. After a while I was able to get into a sort of flow. I never really found the need to build an extra platform, but I was able to reach the end of the game.
Great job with this one, I can tell a lot of effort and care was put into this game!
This game looks and sounds beautifully! I am shocked with how much you all could get done in such little amount of time. I also had a real hard time using the phone, even after seeing the speedrunning video of how to interact with it.
If you end up tweaking that interaction to make it feel better, you’ll have quite a gem; this game has so much charm!
