When you move, you accumulate TimeSlide that can be used to evolve (or devolve), with each evolutionary stage having different abilities.

A really great game and creative concept! Although the platforming feels a little bit clunky.
This was a very interesting concept! Once I understood the concept, which was taught really well through the UI, I felt like an idiot for not thinking of doing this. It felt like the obvious answer, but it didn't even cross my mind when I was thinking up clever ways to execute the theme. I feel this is when you know you have a good theme. I wanted to like this game so much because of how ingenious the theme was. However, the execution is where I feel this game lacked. It could have used more checkpoints, as it is already a rush, and the jumping is just enough to be playable. All of these factors make this thought provoking puzzle like idea into what felt to me like a rage game was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, this was an amazing idea executed in a way that I felt was a bit lacking. I would love to see this in a full release, as it would be much more fun with more time than was given to make this game.
Game loosk good, my only problem is the movement speed. Could be little faster
HI! I did some of the spritework (the main characters, the tile set, the environmental props) this is my first gamejam there was a lot of stuff we were hoping to squeeze in but didn't end up making the cut. but i'm really happy about the way the concept turned out! It was a lot of fun and i'll definitely be doing more gamejams from now on! I hope you guys had fun with the game!
Nice game, but it feels quite unforgiving because of hard controls and restarting the level from the very beginning after you lose
Great game with a really fascinating idea.
Game Design:
Game is interesting in terms of design, but I just wish there were some checkpoints or so, as game was too punishing imo.
Fun:
I had plenty of time, especially because of great game idea. I had a problem with alien tho. I felt like he is unkillable (maybe that was on purpose) and so I didn't get any further.
Innovation:
That's innovative for sure. Idea can be really well developed if you want to continue working on it!
Theme:
Also a great approach to the theme. You have to really thing on how to use it and just hope that level design would require player to change more.
Graphics:
Enjoyed them :) Animations are clean, alien fight is also entertaining. Good job on that
Audio:
Nice music, well fitted into the game. Sounds are also quite good.
Overall, I did really enjoy playing it. Hope you work on it in the future.
