It was a bit confusing but the aesthetics were so good. Interesting gameplay. Cool game overall!

the instructions confused me a little, but playing the game helped me figure out how things were supposed to work. it's interesting that the gameplay is like an exercise in spatial memory because you have to memorize what the layout of the "out of control" phase is supposed to look like. very cool. i agree with the other comment, the time pressure does make things a lot more frantic and interesting

Developer

Thank you! I was concerned that people would find it difficult to understand how the game works, I'm very glad to see that people understand it even without instructions in the game =D

It took me a second to figure out how the game worked, but after that, I was able to get passed the first few levels. There was one of them that was a decent start to a puzzle, where you had to visit a random corner first and then go to the target. The time limit definitely adds to the challenge of this game too, so that was a good inclusion.

Developer

Thanks! I'm glad that you liked it <3

The aesthetics made me relax and then I realised I had to be more focused! That was a really cool concept and beautifully executed to top

Great job! The cursor was really satisfying to move around with those "bubble" sounds and the gameplay was simple and good. Well done! :D

Developer

Thank you! I tried really hard to make the cursor move satisfactory, I'm glad it works =D

It took me a minute to realise how this game actually works, but after that it was super fun :D

Interesting concept and clean, good looking art style!
It's neat how you have to memorize the level layout.

Extremely original! Seriously, it has a very unique mechanic, it's fun, it has a really cool song, the cursor is so beautiful! Fanstatic work! 5 stars in all categories! The puzzles are great too, very creative and we need to think ahead, really good!

Took me a second to work out what was going on but this is a great game idea with nice visuals and audio.

Thanks you! I was afraid that people would not understand how the game works, but I am very happy to see that people understand it easily even without instructions to explain it <3

Love the visuals on the cursor. And the colors were nice to look at.

Developer

Thanks, I have tried to make it look good even if it is simple =D

a great puzzle!! i wish there was a speed up button or some ability to mark at least one position on screen because i went a little insane around level 3, but i love the idea  SO MUCH and i had a lot of fun playing it :D

Developer(+1)

Thanks ! yes, the last level can get a little frustrating, sorry, I'm glad you liked it <3

Really fun game, loved the idea. The sounds are satisfying too. I haven't seen this idea been done yet so it was extremely original, great work :D

This has an amazing concept! I only wish there were more levels

Developer

Yes, I know it's a bit short hehe, but I wanted to do something small and very polished for the game jam. I'm glad you liked it = D

Submitted(+1)

I love the concept. This could easily be expanded into a full game with lots of neat mechanics :)

Developer

Thank you! I don't know if I'll end up making a complete game of this idea, but I'm glad to see that people liked it <3

I think this is actually a really cool principle. With the exception of some quality of life aspects of the game this is really good.
The framerate makes problems for me, not sure if thats my pc (it shouldnt) or smth else.
And it is a little annoying to start from the main menu but go to the last level you played.

Despite those criticisms very nice game! And a very good and simple idea!

Good job

Developer

Sorry, I don't know why it can have frame rate drops ... but I'm glad that you still liked it =D

This game is so cOOL! Clearly very polished, I especially liked the audio with the bubbly sound of the cursor, the melodic tones from the countdown and the nice *ping* when you finish a level! I kinda expected for the mouse to go through all the levels so I was a tad confused when it just went from the level you last died on? Still, love the minimal aesthetic, awesome game, great job!

EDIT: I restarted the page and found the route which let me complete all the levels in one go and that was VERY satisfying, it'd be cool to have a setting where you could do this within the game

Developer(+1)

Thank you! At first you always started from the first level, but it could get tedious, so I changed it. I like the idea of being able to configure if you want to start from the first level or the last =D
