The cover art is a delight, as is the art and design throughout.

In a challenge full of wildly creative entries, this is one of the most creative. This feels like a more family friendly take on Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser, which isn't something I would have predicted, but it's great.

The mirror puzzle is pretty hard, especially with a ticking clock involved, but that's literally my only quibble.

Basically a perfect adventure for many urban campaigns. I will 100% be using this in future.

Thank you for the kind words! Swords and Deviltry was probably my most recent Appendix N read, so it's influence on this project is very likely.

It's always tricky to know how hard to make puzzles/riddles. I've tested this one on a group before and they did alright with it, but I'd be interested to hear how it goes for others. I can definitely lengthen the timer or add extra hints in future updates.

This really hits all of the marks for a great heist module for me. There's so much flavour here, and it looks like it would be tons of replayable fun for the table. Also, really love the map! Super good.

I really like the reverse-heist framework for this adventure! The tables hold so many gems; the wizard battle stood out to me among the challenges. The set pieces in the hideout feel exciting and interesting.

This is a really fun idea. I like the rating system, simple and easy to implement. Borrowing the flashback from Blades on the Dark is a nice inclusion. And the guild itself suggests various other Robin Hood style adventures. Nice.

Thanks! The flashback mechanic was actually inspired by Honey Heist. I've never played Blades in the Dark, but I'll have to check it out!

I think you'll love it. This sort of heist scenario is a big part of it, and the mechanics cleverly support a set up where everyone is a rogue.

This is really sweet and funny. Nice set up and clear presentation. I get the feeling that it would work really well with kids and/or that the author has had experience of trying to GM a bunch of murder hobos and wanted something that could act as a civilising influence!

Thanks! I actually have been thinking a lot about games for kids lately. I have some nieces and nephews who'll be old enough to be introduced to TTRPGs soon, and I'd like to start them on games that are more about puzzles and critical thinking than violence.

I LOVE this Heist! Every piece of the presentation is gorgeous, and the chase scene complications are standard Hollywood fare that translate so well to the tabletop. Well done!

This module has lots of replayability built in from the intro roll tables alone (I stole some scandalous documents from a spolied prince, that happened to be alive). I also really enjoyed your “I planned for this” mechanic, a favorite from CBR+PNK and other games I’ve seen it used similarly in (Songs and Sagas, & my own remix of that). Phenomenal job!

Thanks for the kind words - I'm glad you enjoyed it! For the "I planned for this" mechanic, I was inspired by Honey Heist and the "I know a guy" house rule, but I'll have to check out the games you mentioned. I'd love to see how other folks incorporate flashbacks. 

And watch out for those scandalous living documents - nothing but trouble!

I love the reversing of the popular heist type story. Lots of replayability with the way the tables work, and I enjoy tables like this, so kudos! The training room puzzle is clever and also I can imagine being satisfying for players to solve. Well done.

The idea of a Robin Hood-style guild is already cool in itself. The mission construction table is excellent, with good ideas that open up further possibilities. The agent ranking system is clever and thematic. The escape is simple and ingenious, and could fit into any city I have. I'll just need to confirm the river, but it's very good. The flashback idea is interesting. The delivery is dangerous. The layout and art are spectacular. Overall, the work is excellent.

What a great idea! It’s really well put together, I think it will make a great solo play as you can indulge yourself in details as much as you like. I was reading through the other comments when I saw your Honey Heist reference. This is a nice spin on Grant Howitt’s mechanics- now I shall have to try it out playing as a bear!

Oh really? Forged in the Dark is a story games adjacent system. It’s used for Blades in the Dark and a bunch of other games. But it has a mechanic really similar to the ‘I Planned for this’ section. Blades in the Dark specifically is all about heists

This is great. I won't repeat what others have already said. If there wasn't the hard page limit, I'd suggest adding multiple drop off points so that everything could be random and replayable. This isn't meant as a critique. I want more drop offs to be able to keep running it!

Thank you! More drop-off points is a great suggestion. I'd love to have been able to fit in multiple vaults, each with its own isometric map. Maybe tables of clues/rumors to determine the right one. Perhaps I'll expand on the adventure in the future...

Top quality module, so well written and easy to get into, I love the layout starts with the interactive feature of the die drop, the art is really appropriate, written in a system-neutral way but would be a great starter adventure for 5e's Golden Vault series. 5/5 no notes.
