Ting, really nice job on this.  Controls were easy enough to pick up.  Got the mechanics immediately.  Good progression system.

The room benefits was about the only thing I didn't quite get.  Like, I get adding them to the wheel and selecting them.  But like, the benefits of each?  I didn't quite pick it up.

Still, made it through just fine.  Polish on everything is really nice.  Should be really proud on this one.  Cheers, my friend!

Thanks for playing.

The basic concept is that you choose a room with enemies to earn money. You can then spend that money to choose a reward room. You also have the option to take a risk by putting both the money and reward on the whee.

Really like the roulette mechanic, although it was a bit unclear exactly how it works with the coins. (Do I pay to insert a wheel segment, or only lose money if that segment gets selected? If the former, why doesn't the money counter go down when adding a segment?) Presentation and UI was really well done, but I would've liked some clearer feedback when damaging enemies. The ones that get converted in one hit are clear enough, but when I first started it wasn't super clear that I was 'damaging' the lil imps when I successfully completed a loop on them, so I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing.

Overall super satisfying to play though, well done!

Thanks for playing.
You pay or get a reward by inserting a wheel segment. Since the choice can be canceled, I made it reflect on the UI only after you spin. I should make this more clear.

Nice art, smooth gameplay. The wheel is a great idea but in this implementation it is very easy to cheese it. Good job either way!

I like the base game concept but I wish there was some more depth to it. Gaming the wheel was simple and it wasn't too long before I could have infinite money and abilities.

Well done! I like the minimalistic art style and the mechanics.

The skill to close partial loops was a great idea.

Awesome game! The art and polish on this one is top notch. I really love the room selection gimmick, but maybe the wheel should've been made actually random, because it was pretty easy to just time it and just make infinite money by putting red rooms in it that you never actually visit. From there you can pretty easily get super overpowered at the shops and then never really be challenged again. I also feel like the game could really use an end point, like a boss you're building up to fighting or something. But I only do all this nitpicking because it's a really cool and well-executed game that I want to see more of lol. Seriously, the polish on this is crazy, great job!

Really fun! At first I wasn't convinced, then the level selection system got me hooked, I found that very interesting, and then I played for 30 minutes trying to have the highest movement speed possible. Overall really fun, but I wasn't really struggling at any point, except at the very beginning, where I had no bonus, which felt a bit basic.

But good job on the overall very polished product! Thanks for the game!

Fun and polished game! The picking of things to put in the wheel were you gain money by putting in bosses and such is a very fun and unique idea, although the wheel could easily be cheesed by just double clicking the button :P

The "ding" sound when completing a loop was very satisfying.

I love this, youre a talented developer keep it up!

Cool game! Took me a while to realize the spikes are also enemies. I like the next room selection idea

Such a cool music and art style! The looping idea reminds me of our own game haha I had so much fun playing this!

Felt like the pacing was off but it was adorable and easy to play.

cool concept it made me play more than one time and artwork look good, I like it.

If possible, can you please rate my game and leave a comment too?

I've played a few 'draw around your enemies to beat them' but this is one of the best executed. I especially like your take on the roguelike bonuses, the wheel spinning mechanic is super well done. Everything is snappy and responsive, and the art and sounds are great! Well done :D

I quite enjoyed it! The main mechanic is a really cool one. The one thing i would have liked if the controls were a bit different and you could move in any direction. Maybe slither.io controls with the mouse?

Btw how did you do the fuzzy edges on the ui art?

Thanks for playing. I used Affinity designer 2. The effect is a brush called Dense Charcoal

Was quite addictive. Was excepting a little bit more level variety, but overall quite fun

great concept! really unique

What a great game! It's so fun to become progressively stronger and just run circles around all the enemies, while making more and more money in the process, and the art is so cohesive and cute c: Most fun I've had with a game from this jam so far

Hello! I enjoyed your game. The amount of enemy variety was really nice. The art was heavenly : ) . The wheel mechanic where you can increase your reward by increasing your risk was a very unique idea .  It just was a little broken because you could master stopping the wheel in the right spot. Perhaps having it slide a bit after would help. Also some feedback on hits would be nice. Congrats on submitting!

Interesting concept!

I was glad to play a roguelike on jam! I am very glad that there is a character progression system. It kept me in the game!

Also a very good mechanic for choosing the next room. I exploited it completely :D The player can see where the arrow is, and also the circle is always filled in order. So, I put the segment I needed closer to the arrow and quickly pressed LMB 2 times so that the arrow stopped on the desired segment :D

It would be possible to add a confirmation of the collected parts of the circle, and then the game would mix their location and launch the arrow from a random place. That would create a bit of challenge.

The animations, sounds and visual design are very neat and pleasant, really nice!
