Hi, thanks so much for playing! The minigames are a struggle, I feel like the randomness is too predictable and I set some random ones on aswell to create wrong routes but that doesnt seem to help and just create extra easy routes.the props in the scene are ofscale a lot but Im planning on making a different map all together its way too open atm and very hard to shake off the monster atp.

Hi, just played trough all of it I think. It was fun and the combat system is cool but I felt like I did not use it that much. I just kept pressing attack abilities and when I was low I healed and that seemed to work so I didnt really play with the defend stance and stuff. The swapping out is very cool so maybe I just got lucky. For the story, I like it so far but I'm not a big fan of the travel animation, maybe a few fade in/fade out woudve been nice since going fast over the grass was a bit trippy for me sometimes tho I did like you going over a road.
Maybe add a fade in/ fade out show the area on top and then do the travel part? I think it will also help for the story since now you travel and it looks like 10 meters whilst if you do some camera effects you might feel more away from home.
The tutorial on the back pack was also a bit overwhelming and im gonna be honest with saying that I didnt read it. Maybe add some on hover effects on the buttons instead for the controls especially for playtesting/jams submission you gotta try to get as much playtime in as possible and most people (including me sorry)ussually skip trough tutorials.
I am very curious to what you are going to do with the combat tho cus it has some cool mechanics!

Hi, nice idea. I did not see that you could go to islands for upgrades but saw this in a later post. Since I was on a ship I tried to avoid those and saw them more as an obstacle then as an upgrade part, maybe add some port in a later update to make it more clear? I also agree with Dragon about the mouse controls, whilst feeling okay I did have some times where I lost control and it just spun.I do like the idea and im curious what you'll do with it. Good luck!
Hi, find this hard to test but from the demo I've noticed when you look at the car and then just look away the e to mount stays visible,does unity have something to just show the UI on the car instead of having it as an overlay cus that could be annoying imo. Other then that it controls good, you do spawn into the car when exiting the vehicle but that all I could find.

I do like the idea, ive been thinking of making a textbased game myself for a while. I do think some more clarity would be nice explaining what the colors and such mean. I was also just roaming around a bit but the world got me curious! To answer if its good or trash really depends on where you take it. Text based games are only good if you can make the player imagine the world they are in, it did feel a bit dystopian (wich was what you were going for reading trough your comments) so thats good. I'd say keep it up!
For bugs, I got stuck when I fel asleep on the floor and the go back didnt function anymore. Maybe show the last choice aswell since I prayed 6 times and nothing happend so I was curious if it was bugged or not finished but then I also had to go back trough 6 times of prayers (god loves me now).
Im curious to what this will become.
Hi, the waves are very fast from the getgo, its kinda hard to dodge and shoot at the same time. I also noticed that after sprinting I couldnt walk upwards anymore? The controls should be shown before you start the game, the enemies all run at you and I had no clue what I had to do. Is there a reason you've disable click controls for the menus? If you decide to keep this Id say you need to remove the hover effect from the mouse. Also i see the hitfeedback being red on a red enemy is hard to see. Maybe make the souls blue? Ohter then that I like the idea of gathering souls as a survivor type game.
Hi, im gonna sound like a broken record at this point but Audio wouldve made it so much better, ive also noticed you get points for shooting the hoops, you lose your combo but its not like i can lose in any way? I think you couldve added a reverse counter instead of counting up making it count down, or making it so that loops that are hit are gone forever. This wouldve ramped up the gameplay a lot more since rn theres not much at stake if that makes sense? I do like the graphics and I think with mixing up a few things this could be a pretty fun game
I really like all the mechanics that youve put in! I do think the exit audio got bugged? The first round it was very loud and after that i didnt hear it anymore. I did feel like the game overall was a bit floaty physics wise, I think scaling everything down and just increasing gravity would help a lot for this. Still super impressed that you made so many mechanics/abilities in such a short time.
Its a fun idea and the delivering packages fits the general gameplay well. I would make it a bit more hecktick but that might be a personal opinion. Also please make the car drift in the mud would be fun. Also apologise to the lady in house 4 on easystreet I think I slammed into her garage a couple of times.
I love the take on the concept and the story behind it well done! If I could give some suggestions, a menu with a quick guide would be great or introduce mechanics along the way. I got stuck on the 3rd level for a while because I forgot what snowman did but after I figured it out it was a blast! Same with that you can pick up the flower at any point. Its cute and again i really love the creative take on the theme! well done!
