This game was fantastic! I loved everything about it! The art, SFX, music, and animations are all great and complement the aesthetic really well. I liked the way the tutorial was laid out and the humor of the player being aware of the irony of the game xD. It's incredible how you managed to make such a polished game in such a short period of time! The idea is simple but unique; a really nice twist to the usual bullet hell games. And it was nice throwing in other mechanics like mazes. I nearly ran into zero bugs! (The only bug I ran into was just a visual bug, which was animations like moving and dashing were still playing after death).

A suggestion I would add is adjusting the difficulty quite a bit. The health kits do quite a lot of damage, and the bullets don't heal much. But understandable due to time limitations. It seems that you focused much more on polishing which is a great thing.

Overall a phenomenal game! Had tons of fun playing it!

Really good presentation! The art, sound and overall aesthetics are great, the concept is fun, it's got some real polish for a game jam entry and you get big props for the "punny" title. Personally I felt the intro tutorial stretched on too long, especially with being unskippable -- maybe pulling a Binding of Isaac and having the controls be decals on the floor, or even just being able to move around while the text crept by would've helped. The difficulty for this one's also real high with few checkpoints, and in the end I wasn't able to beat it.

Overall, great work on this!

The visual look of the game is just great, i also like how you take on the topic in your game. The tutorial was super helpful and introduced the plot very well.

But towards the end the game got really difficult. I was really scared of losing because i didn't know if there were any checkpoints.

Nonetheless i think this is a great game.

✔️ Good visuals and sound design, overall very polished for a jam game.

✔️ The game is quite easy to pick up, and the dashing with trying to pick up the moving bullets worked well.

➖ During the cutscenes you could still take damage, which was a bit annoying as I couldn't move.

I wonder if you've ever played enter the gungeon..... Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Anyways, really nice concept and really well done. The graphics are good and the intro tells you what you have to do without being a boring tutorial. Nicely done !

I think you should speed up the opening dialogue, other than that this games pixel art is crisp, music fits the theme really well, and all interactions between player, med-kits, and bullets seem snappy and I love it!

This game is really nice! I love the concept, and the execution is great! I do think that the text at the beginning is a bit long, but other than that, great job!

I love the pixel style! The introduction of the mechanics and the story of the game are literally written into the dialogue, so it's impossible to miss it ;) The core base mechanic of this game is to avoid medkits that are objects laying on the ground, and collect fireballs that would fly towards you. So I thought it should be easy, but no! Your health is constantly decreasing and it takes a long time for the door to open to get to the next level. Also, the bullets don't fire at you but their angles are randomized so it's actually harder to predict their movement and gain health! At some point, I died, but then it turns out there are checkpoints in this game! I imagined medkits that suddenly grow monster legs and jump on you! I had fun, very funny and polished  game! :D

Really fun idea. A nice mix between puzzling through the medkits and playing a bullet hell where you want the bullets to hit you. Kind of wish movement was a little faster.
