The idea is quite unique! The last two stages are quite hard,  I think it might be helpful if the bullet moves slower so I can have more time to react...most of the time in that two stages I just wait for random hit lol

I like this game a lot, one simple idea and mechanic, well implemented. Sometimes it feels a little bit random if you succeed or not, but on the other hand this also make it more exciting and so far I did not find it frustrating. A great jam game!

I liked how creative you were while sticking to just directional controls and limitations. very clever game.

Great game! Honestly the complete package right here! The simple art is great, the animations and menus are really polished, the gameplay is fun and varied. I liked how creative some of the control schemes you made were, like the diagonal thrusters and reverse flappy bird especially. It also keeps the gameplay fresh and varied. The game isn't a pushover either, I had to come back and beat it on my second time (granted i was trying to learn the game on the first round and took a while to get used to each of the controls)

Only point of feedback is that sometimes it is impossible to get to an asteroid on some control schemes like the diagonal thruster, and this can get frustrating if these situations chain together multiple times due to bad luck. But I could just be unlucky, and it really isn't that big of a deal.

Overall an excellent game that accomplishes what it is trying to do very well! Great job!

Awesome idea, Awesome art, Awesome sound effects, Awesome music, Awesome game. I had a lot of fun and played through the game a couple times to much haha. Good work keep it up. Could you play and rate my game too?

An excellent idea, but it would be much better if the enemies appeared with a certain rhythm or the place from where the enemy would soon appear was somehow highlighted a second before the appearance so that you would have time to prepare. And to maintain the complexity, you could create healing items that you should avoid.

Nevertheless, I passed the game from the 3rd time.

I did think about adding healing items, but I had a really short deadline to meet. Maybe I will return for a post-jam version. Thanks for your feedback!

Interesting implementation, but it gets pretty unfair when you get to the part of bouncing from one side to another.

Developer

I agree, those two parts are definitely RNG based. Thank you for your feedback!

Fun little game. I couldn't beat it though. I got to the one that bounces diagonally left and right.

Thank you for playing! Glad you liked it!

AMAZING GAME!!!!! Very hard. I didn't beat it. But I tried and got up to the diagonal thrusters part.

Fun little game, and the switching controls mechanic is interesting, having to think on the fly. A tad too hard though.

Developer

I do think that the game can be a bit rough at times Thank you for your feedback!

I really LOVE the artstyle here, i admire that you made your own music (i don't know where to even begin with that stuff)

The gameplay is a little too hard for me, I didn't manage to land on the planet (tried several times), but i did get to the stage where the ship looks like UFO.

Good idea, and well executed. I like it :D

Thank you for playing! I do agree that it can be unforgiving at times. Glad you enjoyed it!

(this is the video I watched to get started with music)

This is really creative. I love how over time the controls get harder and harder, but it's still fun to control, it really keeps things fresh! Also I like the minimalist art style. Good work!
