Limitation was pretty clear. Just 5 colors. Although it was kind of tricky for a 3D game since you lose depth and elevation awareness. Luckily, I planned ahead with concept sketches and everything went allright!

Not what I was expecting at all, haha. Would have been cool if different chess pieces had different max speeds. Very cute, nice job!
As a kid, I was part of a home school chess club, and whenever this one kid lost, he would always start playing "billiards chess", so I can't help but think of this as billiards chess. But I very much enjoyed this! A fun concept, and this way, you don't need to ruin a perfectly good chess set!

Clever and fun. Good solid physics and collisions. Nice music. A brutal and brawly variant on chess.
The color contrast, however, was somewhat too low for me. All the colors fall somewhere in the pastel range.

Hands down the best game I've played of the jam (so far). Great music, great looks and extremely fun to play! Very good concept as well! I can also see that I'm not the only one who lost to the AI catapulting its Queen across the board. Excellent game!
Only tiny issue I had was when trying to move a piece close to the edge of the screen, wasn't really able to put as much power as I wanted to into the "throw" ( I guess :> ).

Something about yeeting chess pieces just feels downright cathartic. It's so dumb and I love it. Amazing work.
The UI and graphics were really clean and I like the color palette you used! It'd definitely be cool if you added chess logic and pieces got a power modifier according to the vector they move in. Good job, this was some chaotic fun
Watching the queen fly across the map and take out my king in one move was too funny. Very interesting chess indeed!
