I really liked the different "puzzles" or challenges you came up with for this mechanic. I think it's just missing an indicator to show how cold or hot you are at any point, like some other people said.

Cool game overall :)

Interesting concept with managing heat and cold. I think some more indicators for exactly how much hot/cold you are could be nice.  Maybe make this could be a release with a bit more polish. Great job!

Nice game! The concept of having to manage your temperature, and which blocks you stand on, was really nice, and the difficulty was just right for the game. Falling through the bottom of the world was a nice addition too, although when I realised you could do that it sort of made jumping pointless except for losing heat, and another thing was that the A and Y buttons didn't work for me. It was still a good game though, good work!

Great us of the limitation as concept of the game mechanic. Its was new and exciting to take into account the consequences of movement and jumping with each step.

Great music also!

Congrats for the creative idea you came up with and finishing the jam

This is a smart and original idea. We normally take the concept of "jumping" in videogames for granted, without asking how it impacts the player character. Also, this is an innovative use of 5 colors.

Unfortunately, I could not get very far. I just couldn't store enough energy to jump 4 cold blocks in a row, and when I tried to store it, I just burned myself up. :)

You may want to review the collision. Note that it is possible to get stuck on the corner of a tile, without being able to climb on top or jump off it.

Lastly, note that the alternate controls (A for Enter and Y for Space) did not work for me. I didn't really mind, but they should probably be removed from the instructions.

Neat game! I think you could have spread the concepts of your games across a few levels instead of having the tutorial. I like the idea regardless! Good job!

It's simple but entretiement. I like that if you jump you can return to the same path,  great use of the limitation :D

This is a cool idea (no pun intended), really gets you thinking! The difficulty felt good. I'd be interested in playing a full game using this mechanic :)

Hey, you got a nice concept there. The gameplay is a bit slow paced for my taste but that's a preference I guess.

Here is my rating. Keep up the good work!
