Forgot to comment my rating during the jam but this is a game that surprised me with how good the mechanics are!

Gameplay 4.5/5 - Very nice level design that works well with the concept! The controls work really well for the more slow nature of the game, though a power meter would have improved the feel a bit.

Concept 5/5 - I love games that play around with time so you had me hooked the second we got into the multiple frogs. The levels play around with the concept so well and it's so fun to plan the movements and figure out how they can move around each other.

Presentation 4/5 - The presentation really grew on me. It's a bit rough but very nice looking in the end! The little touches in sound design really helps sell this and the music is really calming and nice.

Use of Limitation 5/5 -The limitation works well to make the concept work as you have to plan your time carefully and always keep frogs moving to make it over in time.

Overall, one of my favorite games from the jam! Apologies for not commenting on that fact, I have just been aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

first I loooove the music xD  the vibe of this game is fun and the play was really fun too once i got a feel for the timing of the jump -caught me by surprise when it rewinded and got to play the other frog -really cool game here! -great job! :D

Thanks for the nice feedback! :)

I dig the jumping effect, it's simple, but effective. As is the game itself. As Manu suggested below, some kind of jumping meter wouldve been a great addition.

Developer

Yeah we will improve it, thank you! :)

Great game! I love that in one of the tutorial levels you rewind!

Really creative!

Great concept! May I suggest a progress bar for the jump strength? I never really knew how long to hold down the key to reach max jump length.

Developer

Thanks! :) yeah that woould be a good idea, ty :)

The first time the ducky loading screen became a rewind and I saw my old frog moving in real time had me so excited! What a cool mechanic! I appreciate how forgiving the game is with the boundaries - there were definitely a few times where I should have died but thankfully didn't. Also the first game I've played this jam with tutorial levels! Very cool!

Developer

Thank you for the nice feedback!! :)

Making sure to not jump on my old frogs is a really fun mechanic! Great game!

Developer

Thank you! :)

Really cool game, didn't realise I could charge my jump for a minute there though and some sort of indication of thelenth of your jump would be a cool addition.

Lovely sounds and music!

Developer

Thank you for your feedback! :) yeah thats true, that would help:)

Gameplay is pretty easy to get, and I really like the "rewind" feature when moving the next frog. Collisions seem a bit off though in some cases as my frog only had one foot or barely a side on land, the rest over water. Seems like it should've fallen in. Music was appropriate, as well as the sounds. Nicely done!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback! We were generous with the colliders bec we didn't want it to be too punishing since we decided to not implement a range indicator:)

Very unique game concept! I really enjoyed playing the game, but I think it would be nice to know how much the frog is charged up for the jump.

Developer(+2)

Thanks for the feedback! Good idea, we will try to incoorporate it in the new build! :)

Submitted(+3)

Super Impressive. I love the idea, i kinda hoped that if the frogs collide ,that they would bonk each other away and fall into the water . Getting thanos'd is also fine :p

Developer(+1)

That's a great idea, we will try to do it! :) Thanks for the feedback :)

Love this one! The mechanics felt intuitive and I enjoyed it a lot. Good spin on the limitation. I couldn’t past the level with the spinning logs - after the time rewind my first frog would no longer land where I put him :(

Developer(+2)

Thanks! yeah there are still some bugs we weren't able to fix sorry:/ but you can restart the level by pressing the "r" key

Neat concept! I like the look and sound of the game too!

Developer

Thanks! Your game was cool too, I liked the evolve mechanic:)

A very nice game, cool art and nice levels, only thing I wished for is more clarity about the rewind feature, maybe UI :)

Developer

Thanks for the nice feedback, we will add it in the next version (and also a scoreboard button in the main menu:)
