This game should have been in the top 3 in my opinion ! It was a little short but very enjoyable !

Wow, thanks! That really means a lot to me. You've made my day with your kind words. I've been working on a more polished version, so stay tuned :)

Controls and movement felt really nice! It was a bit easy but I enjoyed it anyways :)

Developer

Thanks, I'm glad you got a chance to check it out! And thanks for hosting the jam, it was a lot of fun and it's been great to see all of the games that came out of it.

Bit on the easy side, lots of potential for a more challenging and entertaining game. Even a little flower counting animation at the end would make the player more inclined to try to collect them all, or make progress to the next level dependent on collecting all or a certain amount of them. Great design, appropriate sound for the graphics. Good job on the piano. Fun. Put another 72 hours into it and I'd probably buy it.

Developer

Thanks for your gameplay suggestions. I think those are all good ideas, and I'll definitely consider them as I work on a post-jam version. And thanks so much for your compliments. I'm glad you thought it was fun (since that is the whole point!) and enjoyed the piano. You've really made my day by saying you'd consider purchasing a polished version - that is a long time dream of mine. Your kind words will help me as I work on making the improved version of this game the best it can be.

I really enjoyed this this was great - great mechanics and nice controls - kinda disappointed that you don't get anything special (I think) for getting all the flowers, but it was a lot of fun, maybe increase the difficulty as you get deeper - like the air meters drops faster. But yeah, nice job!

Just did another run through the game, collecting no flowers, if you know what to do you can get to the bottom pretty quickly - still a lot of fun though

Developer

I'm glad you enjoyed it! If I ever get around to creating a more complete version of this, there will definitely be some difficulty balancing.

I like the ideas here. Gameplay was well done, presentation could be a tad better (please don't ever use the Times New Roman font) but the sprites are decent. Difficulty really needed to be pumped up, the player can get to the end without ever needing to restore their air level.

Developer

Thanks for your constructive comment. The font issue is a known bug; the two fonts in use here are Geo and Berkshire Swash, I'm not sure yet why they fail to load sometimes, which results in a jarring Times New Roman fallback. And one of my bigger regrets about this current version is reducing how quickly the air depletes. I'll definitely try to balance that better in a more proper version. Thanks again, I'm glad you enjoyed some aspects of it :)

I really enjoyed that. The bomb mechanic is genius.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Once I figured out how the bombs would work, everything else was built around it :)

So stylish and fun! One of my favorites in the Heart Jam

Developer

Thanks! I'm glad you had fun with it :)

I really enjoyed the visuals and the concept but... maybe there are too many flowers or too much air?

Developer

Thanks for checking it out! Yeah, unfortunetly I didn't have too much time to get play testers or anything, so I adjusted how quickly the air depleated a few times based on my playing alone. It's tough to tell how to balance it, since I got so used to playing efficiently. Something I plan on fixing if I make a proper full version of this.

Beautiful visual and good game design. I loved it.

Developer

Thanks! I'm really glad you loved it. Good game design is the best comment I could ask for :)
