Well done! I really loved the art style that you had with that shader. Very cool and monochromatic as well. I really like your interesting take on the theme with this story-based and deep approach. I did find in at least one occasion that while I was listening to the VO that one of the dice caught me before I even entered the main room. But great job overall!

Coool. The shader gives the style a strong presence while the geometry is really simple. The atmoshpere is thicc and the voice over is nice. Cheers!

This is a nice game, I like the pixelated arcade game style!

Creates a very cool atmosphere. Just having voices as sound and the low-res 3d really helped. Great

I have no idea what this brilliant piece of Philosophy and other ... stuff is.
But it feels almost psychedelic.

And the Dice remind me of the Portal Cores :)

Love the theming, love the history lesson, don't mind the gameplay

THIS GAME IS SO CHARMING!!!!! I loved the aesthetic you built, it really reminded me of Joel G's ENA series. The Illithid's dialogue upped the game to an EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Too which is just lovely. I only wish dying didn't send you all the way back to the beginning!

Neat! Love the art style!

My favorite part was definitely the voice over, it really made this game a special little gem.

My one tiny complaint has already been said, but starting over at the very beginning can be a little frustrating. But overall, fantastic! <3

Gread voice over! But restarting from the first room is brutal :)

What a  creative idea :)  nice narrating

Reminds me a lot to baldi's basics, somehow this is the most creative game I have seen in this jam, and it will mostly stay like that. The voice acting is amazing and really gives the vibe of the game. Good job!

Atmosphere was fantastic!

Nice submission! The narrator added a ton and the story you told was very interesting. That really sold it. I think gameplay had some problems tho. Maybe the dice should have more unique abilities and/or you should not start from the complete beginning after you die. It was a bit tedious to get back the the last dice when you miss it. I had the strategy to look down on the line and got completely caught of guard when I had to jump. :D But it wasn't so bad since i could just sprint through the other levels.

Very creative submission.

Also you can ride the last die as you are not killed on top of them :D

Really creative take on the theme. I really enjoyed the ,,narrator" and how the dice could be heard from afar. The whole one-coloured-backroom vibe actually led to me getting jumpscared by a D20 XD. I dont know if that was a bug or supposed to be but the D6 ,,killed" me while I was standing infront of the narrator, because I wanted to finish listening before I go further. Nevertheless a cool concept.

Thank you for playing it. What you described was not a bug, but I think I might have extended the distance the cube had to travel to get to the player there so as to not disrupt the monologue. Glad you enjoyed it too.
