Very, very creative take on the idea, I so much more interesting than like 80% of the platformers this year. I really enjoyed the mechanics and how it felt to control the cube. Keep up the good work!
I really liked the central mechanic! having to juggle your movement and what selected ability is great, my only issue was I found it near impossible to be able to jump as soon as a block was destroyed, just a smidge of coyote time would've helped a ton. Great visuals and atmosphere too, really enjoyed this entry.
Loved this game! The overall idea, having to face a direction to scale an object, is so fun! The levels are designed very well, and the fact that you can speed up or slow down the scale time allows the user to edit how hard it is for them, if they are speedrunning a level or if they just want to take it slow.
And did I mention the menu system? The fact that you can roam around a level and go to levels via that level is so creative! Good job on your submission, loved every aspect of it :)
Cool idea! I am bad at platformers though.
OMG this is such a well designed puzzle! i like how he platforms can even interact with the world and be pushed aroun while scaling and stuff. I also like how it scales down instead if you move to the left!
This is a very smart puzzle game. The concept is solid and unique. I love it. Great work! :)
Really interesting mechanic. Not sure if I've ever seen anything quite like that. Seems like something that could be worth exploring further! Some nicely constructed puzzles, too. Cheers!
Thanks for your comment and ratings! heavely appreciated. There's actually game with kinda similar mechanic called Scalar on steam.
Its incredible how the simple mechanic of changing the blocks with your movement can make simultaneously a great platformer AND a very clever puzzle. Also huuuge fan of the diegetic UI at the beginning. I'm glad that I find your game. Excellent work.
Thanks for your comment and ratings! heavely appreciated. I am glad you find this game too!
This was an interesting puzzle game and the artstyle is good.
Wow, great idea! I had fun while playing the game, thank you. The menu also pretty creative!
I didn't really understand why you added ability to change scaling speed. Is it just a quality of life feature or part of a puzzle design?
A Quality of life ofc
Thanks for playing!
Did you get into the end credit?
The mechanics are interesting and well applied. I really like how your game feels, the puzzles can become quite difficult but not impossible. I managed to play to the end. Really good game
Congratulations to get into the credits!
thanks for playing to the ends,
Completed all the level. Good idea and puzzle design.
Noice, Thanks for playing to the end and review!
Very cool and simple game with a nice concept!
Also very well done!
Good work
That was clever! I couldn't figure out the final section, but I enjoyed my time trying. The scale mechanics are combined in interesting ways, and the movement is competent.
On my end, the background audio begins playing again after the start of every level, getting louder and louder until it stops playing altogether.
All-in-all, good work!
Very clever mechanic! i think i cheesed some of the puzzles tho...
wdym cheesed? I mean the pentagon levels is easy, just for tutorial sake.
by cheesed i mean solved in an unintended way
This is basically Scala but extremely worse. At least the puzzles were nice, but things began to get very hectic at the triangle orb thing where blocks destroys each other when they touch.
Extremely worst? Could you at least explain it? I really want to knp what's wrong.
I meant the scaling controls, it turned into very tricky platforming
oh thanks for clarifying. It is a design decisions, i thought it would make the game more challanging and create more interesting decisions.
Cool mechanic!
Really nice levels and great mechanic! Would have loved to see some sound effects and music though.
Really cool idea and fun puzzles!
