I don't know about you but the RPG idea sound absolute not great, I mean 4 days making rpg, the level is hard. I LOVE this kind of puzzles, it's my favourites. In fact my previous game had similar idea in mind, though a platformer and the blocks have arrows that indicates which direction the block expand, would have good for this game but, it's alright I can figure that out. the game I made for this jam though, it's the same game but the block expansion dictated by the last move the player do, so if the player move right the block that it touch will expand, if the player move left the block will shrink, go check it out.
such a clever mechanic honestly, can you tell me how to make the growing stop when colliding with walls? it's been a massive difficulty when I made my game, the core of mechanic of the game was changing the size of the platform when the character touch it, I couldn't figure out how to make the grow stop whenever unfortunate events happened.
Great mechanic, in the level 4 I think it's a bit ambiguous where you can and can't with the out lining of the platforms, probably just me but it should be more obvious. it's pretty polish though so that's nice, I would like return to menu button so if I accidentally choose the wrong level I can easily go back
