I really liked this one! Well executed clever idea!

I think this game has some potential. Give it some polish and more cards and I am certain it will be great.
Some games are just out of the ordinary, and I was totally hooked on the gameplay for this one - it's a great game!
That's a solid little game! I think the health pools are a little too large which made the battle a little too long. But the presentation and gameplay is solid
It's a nice game, but I find it a bit... too easy? I just spammed the space bar until I win. But cool gameplay anyways.
That's very fair. Unfortunately I spent too long on the system itself and ran out of time before I could add anything else in to make it more challenging. The fireball and minion cards only spawned one hazard at first, imagine how much easier it would have been if I hadn't changed that at the last minute! lol
Love the theming, and the framing of everything is very neat! An interesting bug I found - you can trigger the pause menu in the main menu by pressing esc, and pressing esc again means no menus at all.
Nice use of the theme and with pretty solid mechanics. When the "unit" dies I still had to wait out the timer, but otherwise good entry.
Interesting take, fits the theme well. Most advanced menu I've seen whole jam.
Didn't get that you have to press space to deal damage the first time around, but then spammed my way to victory in the second attempt ^^
For some reason I assumed that the effects are pre-scripted so it was nice to see that different things/placement happened on replay.
The idea has potential, I just wish it was a bit more... tactile? Like if minions dealt damage through collision and bounce away or something.
Other than that the dialogue was funny and yeah, the menu looks pretty cool, as mentioned. Good job on your entry!
The concept is super cool! You could make a card game were mechanical skill actually matter. Imagine the matchup of a 1/1 goblin vs a 5/5 dragon and the goblin actually having possibilities!
Ok, first off, that menu is pure awesomeness. The gameplay itself feels a bit repetitive, but I can definitely see the potential.
It's a great take on the theme and in my opinion probably worth exploring further. Great job!
I love the idea and it fits the game jam theme well. I hope to see it further developed, I feel like with a bit of polish it could shape up to be a really interesting game! Great work!
My only experience with card games is MTG, but I still really like the idea of controlling a creature card during combat. The player not being the ingame "player" is very creative and fits the theme well.
Cute, fun game.
