Great style! It's really satisfying to chain lots of loops in a row!

A simple concept, well executed!

Thanks for submitting your game to my stream! Sorry I wasn't able to play it live. I felt like I was a genius when I bought all the speed and handling upgrades, only to accidentally jump to the wrong part of the track!! Fun game, love the sponsors!

That sounds perfect! :D

Thanks for submitting your game to my stream! I'm sorry I didn't get to play it live. Neat game! I like the style.

I feel like I got outscaled very quickly, I wonder if you could add some kind of resource that allows you to accelerate orbits?

Thanks for submitting this game for my stream! Sorry I wasn't able to play it live. I really enjoyed this one, it was fun to try to figure out a strategy to get the best score!

Thanks for submitting your game to my stream. I'm sorry I couldn't play it live. This is cute though, I'm glad I could give time a hand.

My only feedback really is that sometimes I would solve a puzzle and not really understand *how* I did it, like it's hard to know where I'm looking in order to see if I've done it properly or not, if that makes sense.

It might just be that the level moves on a bit too quickly. Either way, it's a great start, and could become something very fun!

No bother, I'm sure you're not the only one, so I've added a note on the submission page. Thanks again!

Ideally I would have liked to have instructions in the game itself, but I ran out of time. I feel like the instructions on the game page are quite detailed, if you could take a look and let me know your thoughts I'd really appreciate it.

He’s just like me for real…

LMAO I literally said the same thing on my comment on your game just now...It must be done!

(thank you so much <3)

We really need to set Rizzbot and Rolf up on a date.

Thanks for submitting your game for my stream! I'm a big fan of word games and it was really satisfying to see all the words I got, even when I didn't know I'd got them!

Thanks for submitting your game for my stream! Great work.

Just tried it out on stream and I loved it! Made mad bank making smoked beef pies haha. Looking forward to seeing more!

Great concept, would love to see it expanded further. Perhaps a phase where you get to choose the placement of your minions on the map?

I think you should make it so it's game over if the hero reaches the end of the track, to force the player to think on their feet.

That was so good! I really enjoyed it. The idea is simple but unique, and the emergent gameplay is surprisingly deep. You have to think quickly and sometimes make difficult choices. I would love to see you do more with this.

Everything was going great until three old wizards came in robbed the place. :C

Great work, though! Very charming.

Novel idea, and well executed!

I particularly enjoyed ramming into Icarus and sending him flying across the screen. Serves him right.

This is going to sound daft but the dragon opening its eye after you pick up a coin is one of the coolest things I've seen in this entire Jam.

I love the idea, and it's really well presented! The controls seemed very simple at first, but I quickly got frustrated by not knowing whether the scroll wheel would rotate vertically or horizontally, so I think some visual indication of that on screen would be really helpful!

I had to rep my fellow 9-5ers by making sure InAMeeting won.

Entertaining and tidily put together. Great work!

I felt bad that I couldn't give this a proper go on stream last night, so I went back and played it again and I absolutely love it. The aesthetic is great, it's short but it's intense and fun to play! Would love to see it expanded on.

(1 edit)

Thank you! And yes I agree. I had originally planned to have different cards in the player's deck to add more variety and make things a bit faster or more interesting, but developing the system itself ended up taking up all my time.

That's very fair. Unfortunately I spent too long on the system itself and ran out of time before I could add anything else in to make it more challenging. The fireball and minion cards only spawned one hazard at first, imagine how much easier it would have been if I hadn't changed that at the last minute! lol

Absolutely, here you go! https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1869245799?t=02h38m45s

NO MENUS FOR YOU!

Haha, I noticed this one myself too. It's probably because the main menu is a hacked up version of the pause menu that I made in the final hours of the jam.

Thank you!

thanks for the detailed feedback! Yeah unfortunately i ran out of time to add anything more interesting, but I have a lot of ideas for how I could expand it
