Insanely well-presented. Had a lot of fun with this game!
All the different AI's you can go up against feel super neat and characterful, and a lot of them are really tricky but satisfying to outsmart!
I could go on all day about the graphics, the music, the sick bullettime when you get close to a ship, and just the absolute perfection of the arcade aesthetic. Incredible work, especially within the time!
Neat and the effects on the screen to make it look like an old monitor is pretty cool. Movement is fluid and being able to choose which asteroid to change to is a nice touch rather than it being random.
Such a cool game with high quality! It was very challenging trying to beat the stages, but unfortunately I could not finish the time trial mode :( It was soooo hard.

Great and exciting game ! Love it, it may be the reversed roles but I think I like this one even better than the OG Asteroids. Everything made sense and looked great, from the shader to the threat of the AI demolishing you and your asteroid-family. Nice game, nice graphics, they really look retro. The mechanics are nice and simple, easy to understand and improve the time of the player. There's the challenge of beating the time, which is great for an arcade game. Maybe the idea is not so creative but the game turns out to be good!
Awesome game, fun, great presentation. Was shocked to see the high scores before seeing the comments for the timer bug. Still impressive, it's a difficult challenge. Good work!
Great concept, the level of polish might as well something that worth a price tag and a big plus, great work!
The aesthetics really pull everything together. I like how you have to use the looping screen to target a lot of the ships!

Having second on the lb in this game is my proudest accomplishment, will be revisiting nearer the end of the rating period to make sure I still have a spot in the top 10.
I didn't even realize that the timer was running slower until looking at the comment here. Despite my unfair advantage I am still happy with my actual time of 35-40 seconds, seems pretty good.

It's unfortiunate that I missed the timer issue during development, I'll upload a fix as soon as the rating period ends, and modify the current scores in the leaderboard.
If you are on 144hz monitor, your actual time is 42.48 which is the current WR!
I 'm so glad to see such a game here! As one of the idea of our team was to do something similar! However we chose another idea. Also the visuals and music are gorgeous, I'm certain if we had done similar idea, it would have been much worse than yours. Well done!
This could be an actuall arcade game, a coop mode would be sick.
This game is amazing. love the classic arcade style of the game
