A nice well rounded game! I would make the beginning a tad easier but the progression after that felt good! Well done!

After learning controls and timings (I would love some cooldown indicator), this became a very pleasant experience! Got to 800 points, so I could oneshot big slimes, thought I could challenge "the Hero"... and failed miserably :D

Is it even possible to defeat him?

Cool idea! Now I feel bad for killing slimes in other games if this is their story behind the scenes.

I really liked the map and entering new areas, the xp progression felt really great too!

If I were to give any feedback, I’d say remove contact damage while slimes aren’t attacking (or make their hitboxes a little smaller), sometimes it felt a little hard to avoid damage when entering a new screen.

Overall though, super fun submission, great job!!

The main char is well polished and its attack too, sadly I didn't get the core mechanic

I love the map layout, and the slime battle mechanics too! I got skittish though and ran away in search of food :)

I couldn't stay alive long enough to see the hero in training :(

Incredibly cute and fun game! So sad to see my slime massacred before I could get food to my slime spouse and babies. This game is deceivingly difficult and really tests the player. Well done!

I love how simple the premise of this game is, but how effectively it conveys it. I will now do anything to feed my little slimelets!

I love slime games. And there's a lot of slimes here! Fun game, and I really liked that it had a level system! Fed my family twice, but couldn't find a third piece of meat. :(
