Spin it to win it!

Those police sure love hugging me down! The physics were nice. As comments have mentioned it is a bit weird and random, but I have played similar games, where thematically it would be more believable. If you made the character super big and strong for example, it could make sense to throw people away like flies. Great work!

cool idea! but it was a bit hard to direct the ball (maybe intentional)

Fun idea. It was a bit hard for me to control, but I really liked the characters

Awesome power- knocking the guards away feels super satisfying!

This is a fun concept, only issue I had was knowing whether I was in spin mode or not.

I had a fun time with this one. I played on stream and can share the link if you want to watch.

I like the art, even if it's simple, it was cohesive and I like the little touches you added to the guards' uniforms.

I think the spin could be at least 10 percent faster and I wish there was a more clear visual clue that I was in a spin attack. When I landed a spin and throw hit it felt really good, but it was difficult to pull off. Not because of the character controls, but because I think the guards come at you too fast for you to actually time it out, it's more luck with when they're coming for you and where your ball happens to be in the spin.

As a prototype, this was fun and shows a lot of potential.

I think a simple health bar that drains when guards are on you and and refills when you get them away from you would add some sense of urgency as a player.

Good job overall. I had fun as a prisoner ... I don't think anybody has ever said that before.

thank you for your feedback! I also went and found you on twitch and seeing your gameplay also helped me get some ideas for future iterations. It seems I also need some way to get the guards away once they get to close the player because it is difficult to get them away once they get past the ball and chain. If I make it to future rounds, I'll be sure to take your ideas into consideration as I agree with all your points you made.

I liked this! It made me laugh and was fun to play. I imagined screaming something like "You'll never catch me alive!"

It was quite good.

Really great start into your game dev journey!
I like the chaos and physics mayhem this allows, I feel like the controls could be a bit tighter and like vintually mentioned: more stuff that can get knocked around would be super cool.

Cool ability! 😁 I think adding more "small" physics elements like boxes, water containers, etc could add to the visuals and gameplay!

I really like the idea, the only tips i have is to make the enemy movement and the attacks a little smoother, but overall its a really cool idea.
Very impressive for your first ever published game.

Pretty neat!  Only thing I would say is that I couldn't figure out how to toggle the spin mode because whenever I did it seemed like it wasn't doing anything.  It turns out that I was still trying to move during it which was messing with the spin (I'm guessing because of the physics from moving).  I would try to make it so you can move while spinning without it messing up the spin and see how well that feels.  Maybe give a stamina bar while spinning so it doesn't feel too OP and you have to manage it some.  Either way, could be the start to something fun!

This is my first published "game" and I've only started trying to get into game dev not even a couple weeks ago so I'm very open to suggestions and critiques as long as they are constructive.
