This just feels nice to control, switching between driving and flying! Would love to see this developed further.

Developer

Thanks for trying out ERMA! Yes, I'm planning to develop this further since rating period is over now. ^^

The movement feels great and I liked switching between ground and air modes.. flying around is definitely fun. The little robot is cool. you have got a really solid start here. Looking forward to seeing where you take it next

Developer

Thanks for playing erma! I'll continue updating it once ratings are over ^^

Really promising, but feels a bit bare-bones at the moment.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing erma! Yes, Its severely lacking in many contexts.

This seems like a promising game. Good job so far!

Thanks for playing ERMA! ^^

Love the player model and controls. It’s fun to fly around as a drone, and a great idea to have a battery with recharging stations in order to keep flying. Well done to a good start!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing it. Glad to hear you had fun playing it! Yes! i didnt know what else i could do to make it more challenging. It must not have been a challenge for most Haha

Love the controls and mechanics so for the player and the art style for it as well.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing ERMA ^^

This is a good start. Obviously the art would enhance it and creates an atmosphere that would give us another vibe. But most mechanics are here, good job !

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks for playing erma! I am still a beginner at 2D/3D art and didnt have time to put audio. Picking it up again after the rating period

A nice start! It requires a little more polish and sound to make it feel better. The switch mechanic is good ! Good effort!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! I'm planning to update it after the rating period is over ^^

the little robot is adorable. I liked the switch mode. I just couldn't  get the dataplayer onto the data plates for playing, but I suppose that's on me (o:

Developer

Thanks for playing erma! There are two data plates. One near the exit and one in the Beta room. The AudioPlayer is sitting next to the one in the beta room. You need to either push it onto the plate, or in hover state, Press "T" to pick the audioplayer up, hover over just on the top of the data plate, press T to drop the device on the plate, Look at the device and press "E" to go through the recording.
The one near the exit is tricky one! You have to somehow manage to bring the audioplayer out of beta room!

The game still needs some polish, especially on the visual and audio ends. But overall I think it's a great game with lots of potential, great work! :D The movement of Otto is so smooth I literally spent 5 minutes inside the first room just running and flying around. And the IK on the wheels, man, I LOVE IT x)

Developer

Thanks for playing erma! Glad to know you enjoyed the moving around Otto ^^
Yes, I'll start working on it again once the overall jam is concluded!

Really interesting mechanics, I think the switch between ground and air modes where well executed. Would've loved to have some sort of audio feedback when switching modes.

Overall, really good effort!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for trying out ERMA! I didnt have time to add any audio. I'll add it once jam is over!

The introductory story is run through far too quickly, it is almost impossible to follow. Some sound effects, ambient noises and background music would make the world a little more lively. But still a very nice job from you.

Developer

Thanks for trying ERMA out! It slipped my mind to slow down intro and I didnt have time to add any sounds. ^^"

Nice idea, always appreciate a dramatic introduction too! Cool being able to switch between ground and hover modes too

Developer

Glad you liked it ^^

Good work on this. This is an interesting idea that could use some nice polish to really sing. Good base in this game. Way to go.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for trying it out! I am a beginner in everything except programming when it comes to gamedev. Soloing it out was a struggle! Haha!
Yes. Its barely passable as a prototype!

Submitted(+1)

Hey, you did good. It's better to have a more solid prototype than a very rough and difficult thing that looks polished visually. Keep it up! You will get there if you want to and put time into learning.

Developer(+1)

Yes. Exactly! Thanks!!
