really good idea for a puzzle game
Thanks and thanks for trying it out
Great idea and really well implemented, really well made game congratulations!
Thank you, glad you liked it. I will try yours as soon as I can as well.
Game was a bit easy at fist, but got quite challenging when there were 3 cubes. Love the game juice sound and vfx, they kept me in the game for a while. Getting the Tetris effect when rolling the cursor when writing this text as well, so I'd say the game got me hooked.
Glad to hear it thanks for playing, I have tons of ideas for more player shapes as well as obstacles and power ups/debuffs I will be implementing after the jam.
Really great, Three cubes is hard :D

If there was more I would genuinely play it, really fun!
Effects and sounds were great.
Great game and Good luck!
Thanks a lot for playing and glad you enjoyed it, I will definitely be making more and expanding on it. I am going to try making it a full game.
Wow the mechanic on how you move and how you occupy more space on later levels to make your movement more difficult is very interesting. It looks good, and the levels as well as the overall gameplay are well thought out and well done. Very nice!
Thank you, glad you liked it I have a lot more ideas for it so will be expanding on it soon.
Animations, visual style, how the levels present... I love it. That doesn't change though that I suck at this kind of game though, but that's a player issue from my end, so I'll say it to myself: git gud. If you're curious about it I've brutally failed at level 4. Like not even close, i think i touched 3 or maybe 4 of the balls.
Jokes aside, the game feels great and is well polished. There is one thing that i feel this game needs and didn't have as far as I know: a pause button. Since it is a time-sensitive game, a distraction can cause the enemies to make it through. With the HTML version you can kind of cheat it by clicking outside of it. But so far, ingame, i didn't find any pause button.
Great job with the game! Are you planning on completing/publishing it? :D
Honestly I fully admit i never even thought or considered a pause button the entire jam. I will add that to my list of things to add and try out, not sure if it will be a way to "cheat" since you could pause and look at the map but i could always do a pause that hides the level until you unpause. Thanks a lot for playing it.
Hahaha, no worries!
Maybe you could even recycle the level presentation animation for the pause/resume? It surely would look cool and give the player time to prepare.
Cheers :D
I really, really love puzzle games! Nothing wrong to say about it. I like the game mechanics, the music, the FX... Good work!!
Thanks so much Munsa, good to see you still around here its been a while since I joined a jam.
I think you did a great job at making this overall extremely satisfying to play - the gameplay was smooth, the sound design was pleasant to listen to, and I really enjoyed having to navigate with the taller block. Thanks for makin this!!
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for playing. I have so many ideas for player shapes as well as obstacles and power ups/debuffs. Will definitely be expanding on this one after the jam is done.
Fun and addictive game! I spent 20 minutes playing this game. I like the effect at the start of the board. The art is well-executed. Nice job!
Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed it
This looks and plays like a premium game, i was not prepared for level 3 for some reason xD
later at i think level 7 or 8 a 3rd block is added too. Later there will be 2x2 player shapes as well as a C shape to make it even harder. Thanks for playing it.
Oh my, i think i will have to add this to my collection :D
Great game very polished.
The level being created is a bit long but it is very nice touch.
Its not supposed to be long but for some reason the web build does that, in the editor/stand alone version it is much faster and thats how I wanted it. Unfortunately that was the fastest I could get it in the web. I agree completely its too slow.
Interesting game. The movement is smooth, better then expected. Also the esthetics for "building the level" are nice to watch.
thanks glad you liked it, and thanks for trying it out
Brilliant game. Really enjoyed it, everything fits together pretty well. Awesome job. Love it!
Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed it
Awesome game I really enjoyed it good job :)
Thanks so much, and thanks for trying it out
Nice game, fun action puzzle. Have you used a grid system building the levels?
Yeah its a grid, the levels are actually built at run time. Originally I used text files stored in the directory but then found out that doesnt work on web builds so I changed it to use scriptable objects storing the text in them. Basically you make the levels in notepad using characters such as 0 for an empty space, P where the player will spawn, B where the base spawns, etc etc. That way I can just make the levels outside of unity whenever and plan them a bit better then dump the text files in and it just works.
really nice system you have going there! I'm looking at building a gridbased game as my next project so it's great to see some good examples of it!
Really nicely done. Original concept! Love it!
Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed playing it
Very cool concept! Thoroughly enjoyed it! Great art style, good audio design and fresh balancing mechanics. Good job!
Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed it
I win! :)
Great puzzle game! Love how the levels load up, and how you've balanced the difficulty with the size cube you play and when the enemies appear.
Nice one.
Thanks Glad you liked it
This is awesome! The concept is super unique. At first i thought it was just a defense type game but then my shape changed and it became a puzzle game! I love the visual effect of the levels loading.
Thanks, yeah I figured the first few levels as just 1 cube would be kind of like a tutorial so you figure out the mechanics before more cubes are added. After the Jam I want to make it work with weird tricky shapes like tetris pieces and a C shape.
Cool submission! Turning a cube-flip game into an action game was a very neat idea. Great job!
Thanks I had a lot of fun with it, glad you enjoyed it
