Ahhhh, there's nothing I love more than a wholesome Christmas game in June (I was actually wearing Christmas socks yesterday)
Great production values, very impressive. You guys clearly know what you're doing, so I'm not sure what to feedback on. It was a nice experience. I daren't ask how it quite fits the theme though the ending I guess has a clue. Have just seen your note that there are five endings so I'd better get back in!
Edit: got 4/5 and watched https://itch.io/profile/superdivorce 's youtube to get the one I missed (the outside shot of the house) :)
Very well polished. Very nice menus, scene transitions and intro cutscene. The button prompts are also an excellent usability touch. Nice work!
Thank you! We are very proud about it!
I love the user interface and the options menu as that made everything so manageable. I enjoyed replaying the level to see if there were any other possible outcomes and I did find quite a few, I hope I got them all. Maybe a achievements section or something for the player to try and get all the unique endings?
I loved the everything, good job and I cannot wait to see what you do next!
Yass! We want to add a trophies section of something like that. We will check on it! Thank for playing!
Interesting presentation. Lot of work in level design. Would have loved a little more gameplay honestly, but I understand, time is short :D
Well done!
Yeah! We wanted to do a little bit more of gameplay, but was difficult to achieve. If we keep this project, surely we will.
Wow, super polished presentation! So much detail in the cutscenes, the items in the room, and sound. I struggled to work out that I was supposed to be interacting with the fireplace but once I worked that out, it was all good. Congrats on the submission 😎
Yeah, we could use some in game feedback, but we were not so sure about it.Anyway, thank you for playing!
Awesome job! haha I chose the rock to bring with me
I'm really impressed with all the sound and model assets, it must have taken a long time to find and put them all together, but they are all really cohesive! I was a little worried it might turn out to be Christmas Dead by Daylight, but it was fine lol
Hahhaha Thank you! We did our best and I love the rock too!
I really enjoyed playing this game. Thank you :) Good job
Thank you for playing!
It is an absolutely gorgeous game. The art is amazing. The control scheme and movement felt really polished and immersive. I did not get the point of the game that well. However, I am not much on narrative games, I am much more a strategy or action gamer. I will say though it is stunning and well made, I was half expecting a pop scare or Santa to come kill me with an axe. The sound design is very well done too. Good Job!
Thank you! We wanted to make a very personal game, so don't worry about not getting the point of the game. Thank you very much for playing!
This was a really interesting game! The graphics and mechanics work really well! I think it's pretty unique too. I was a little confused about what I was actually doing or what was the point of it all. But the different endings was cool, and the comments about each item also was a good addition.
Thank you! We tried to make it very personal of the player, so it was the idea to be a little bit lost! Thank you for playing!
A bit short, but very well made and good fun
Thank you! We wanted to do a little bit more, but time issues haahhah If we keep developing this game we will
Really nice job! It is a very well done game! I enjoyed it a lòot! Congrats!!
Thank you! And thank you for playing our little game!
Hi there, and congrats on your submission.
The game runs allright, only nitpick I have is that the santa (?) is a little impatient, and keeps telling me to hurry up, even after I made a choice & on the next stage. It is just the timing of the text message, and as I said, a nitpick.
I've played a couple of times, got the same ending each time... I might take another look again for other endings.
oops, we will check it. Thank you for playing!
Excellent job! There was so much polish put into this game. A bit on the short side, but having the different endings makes it a huge plus.
Yeah, we wanted to do something more, but time issues hahaha Thank you!
Thank you for the game. It was a nice playthrough. It worked flawlessly for me.
Thank you for playing!
Interesting. A little odd. Very short. I only played through twice, the first time I tried to get the items more or less honestly and it called me a bitch (I picked the present. The love of my family wasn't an option haha). The second time I just picked random items to see what it would do.
Was I supposed to be a child? I seemed to be very short which made it hard to get items.
Also the creepy children photos going all the way down the wall to the floor was an interesting choice.
Great visuals and a lot of polish but very short, quite strange, don't really get the connection to the theme (and I think the warnings at the beginning may have been a little exaggerated) and ends very suddenly. The first ended I got I didn't even really understand, I just seemed to be viewing the room from up a wall or something? The second ending involved rubber ducks and was very strange. I may play again to find the other 3
Thank you very much for this comment, we will take care of it if we keep developing this game! Thank you again!
It shows you put a lot of care in your game, very well done!
Thank you! We are very proud of it!
Played and rated. What a quality game!
Overall I can't find any negative points, beside the endings I experienced being so sudden and quick that I thought I was missing something.
Other than that, the quality of the visuals, audio, gameplay, cinematics are all on point!
Would appreciate if you check out and rate our game as well: https://hadilepanda.itch.io/rise-of-necromancy
Thank you! we wanted to make better endings (time :c). Of course we are gonna play and rate your game. Every one of this comments will get his respective rating!
Welldone with the game, i couldnt get on with it using my laptop controls, it wouldnt turn and walk had to keep stopping to turn. thats a huge list of assets used how did you remember them all lol. keep up the good work tho.
Weird, but i am glad you have fun playing! (Snow, our side programmer and main 2D artist took that job, idk how the hell hahah)
Nicely done! Was blown away with the quality of everything, from visuals to variety of choices. Short and sweet (cookies). :-)
loved cookies too! We put a lot of effort on it!
Well made! found 4 endings >.<
Thank you for playing! I hope you got the rifle!
