Interesting combination of graphics and music! The “apple a day” cliché seems to be a popular theme for many games, but each interpretation comes out to be fresh and innovative, like this one!

Quite an engaging coordination game! Almost feels like a rhythm game with that amazing music. The sound fits really well and the graphics are top-notch pixels, congrats! If I have to say something, the controls feel a bit unresponsive sometimes, but it might be due to the html build. Kudos on a great game!

Such a fun and inspiring core mechanic! It got me into a really good rhythm ♪(´▽`)

Fun game! The music and graphics go together very well and the variations on the apples keep the gameplay interesting. Now we just need (as others said) an endless mode!

That was a bunch of fun! Got our boy Charlie through all the levels, so he's nice and full on apples. :)

I love the way the game scales the design. You can eat one apple, then two types, then watch out for the worms, etc. Then it goes to the you can eat all BUT one type of apple. And I don't know why that was tricky to navigate, but it was. And it was fun too!

I think I saw someone else say it but I wanted to second the motion - ENDLESS MODE. :)

Well, it looks like a finished game already) I think that on mobile devices, this game will be super popular. It's a very cute casual game and it's just tighten with the head

Developer

Thank you! And yeah, good idea, I'll try to port the games on mobile

A clean game! Graphics are nice. The art and music fit well. Overall, it's quite polished.  I have usually have a hard time distinguishing between green/yellow pieces in games, but the palette choice for this game gave me no issues. Only suggestion I'd have to make it feel even better would be to let the player buffer their choice a bit. I found myself getting hung up because I'd try to push a direction slightly too soon.

Otherwise, I'm a huge fan of your music and didn't realize I'd stumble into one of your games during this jam. Keep up the good work!

Pretty well polished game. The music is nice and energetic to match the game. It runs smoothly enough to enter a state of flow, which I really liked. No complaints, it's a well rounded experience!

Simple gameplay but still quite addictive and entertaining. I liked the system of how you controlled the speed of the conveyor but there wasn't a time limit but instead a meter you have to manage which makes you try to be fast. Art is very nice and the game as a whole feels polished. I would have expected this kind of game to have an endless mode instead of levels but nonetheless I had fun, well done :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Yes, i'm thinking about making an endless mode in an update!

Very nice combination of pleasant aesthetic, good music, good animation, original game play and very faithful to the theme. I don't know if that's intentional but you also got the "worm is in the fruit" as an extra cliché :D

Developer

Thank you! Haha, true! I didn't even think about this one since i'm not fluent in english didn't know a lot of clichés..

Very simple and polished game. I would like to be able to hold the avoid button instead of smashing my keyboard to try to go faster :)

Developer

Yes I agree, didn't get enough time for that, maybe in a future update :)

Our games are kinda similar, really liked your take on the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away"

Simple but super polished game! Loved the music, the art, and the addicting nature of the gameplay!

Very great job with this!

Really nice game! I really like the idea, it's simple but it doesn't bore at all, at the contrary it makes you want to keep playing! I liked the graphics too!

Really like the food design as well as the pig faces ahahha

Very nice little game! LOVE the crocodile and bunny designs - so cute.

Gameplay loop is good, but sometimes it felt like inputs were being ignored if I were a touch early, maybe some analogue to coyote time being implemented might make it feel a little more responsive?

A mute button/volume options would be nice too as the music is pretty loud.

Great job :D

Developer

Thanks for the feedbacks! I'll work on the inputs and a volume / mute option after the jam!
