Nice game with great sfx, art and music. The game crashed when I tried to go outside with the chef.
I'm sorry to hear that the game crashed, once the jam ends I'll look into that and try to replicate the crash. Thanks for the review!
Great art style choice! I really like point-and-click games and this hit the spot. Overall feels like a polished game. I will have to go back to this and play it through a little more.
Thank you! Hope you'll come back!
In the end, it's always the butler, isn't it? One of the most clichés reinvented. Really liked the whole adventure, the most difficult part was to get the mechanical eye, but it was worth it. The art style is "simple" but fits very well, love all the walk loops, especially the cleaning lady one. Music and sound is great also. An interesting adventure, kudos!
Thank you, I'm so glad that you got the mechanical eye part! Thanks for playing!
This is really fun! I love the switching characters mechanic. The music and sounds are all great, it all looks really cohesive. Black and White totally works for this. I couldn't figure out what to do with the rope... If you can give me a hint I'll definitely come back and try to finish.
Thank you for the feedback! Really glad you enjoyed the game!
As for the rope you have to use it in a place so that all the characters can access it... It's useful for climbing!
I hope you'll finish the game, good luck!
I really enjoyed that! I liked the various murder mystery tropes and clichés you had in there. I managed to complete it although it took me a while to find where to use the rope; perhaps you could convey that better with an obvious anchor point or something. Loved the art style and the music and the voice acting fitted it well. Some obvious bugs, but nothing that was too distracting. Great entry!
Thank you for the feedback and for taking the time to finish the game!
I think you might have a point on the rope, I will find a way to make it clearer once the challenge has concluded.
As for the bugs I'll try to fix them once the game off has concluded.
Thank you!
Hey nice game overall!
I liked the art style and the puzzle was straightforward for the most part. It was hard for me to find how to unlock the cleaning lady. I dont want to spoil things but i think i found the solution after i quit the game. I might try that again to see if it works!
There were a couple things that could be done better, like transitioning between screens, some collisions like the player slipping down the stairs sometimes but nothing major for me.
Good job on that, and keep it up!
Thank you for the great review! I have to look at how to resolve the stairs "bug" but eventually I'll find a way ahaha
As for the screens transitioning you're right, gotta find some cool ways to do them too.
Thanks again for the great review!
Great line art!
Thank you!
Got my eye back but couldn't manage to give the steak to anyone. Still had a great time - fun game!
Thanks! Hope you'll find who you have to give the steak to ^^
Hahahaha great voice acting!
Very neat puzzle game with a good theme interpretation!
Thank you! I'm glad you liked the puzzle
Beautiful art! I really like the voice acting, it makes the characters alive :)
Thank you!
Hah, I like the theme interpretation, the character graphics, and the audio! I got as far as unlocking the cleaning lady but managed to get stuck after right-clicking by accident while there was still a message up about the door being locked—after that nothing I clicked would make the character-select menu close or the door message close, so I couldn't really do anything. I'm curious how it plays out, though, so I might return to this later.
Nice job on your first jam entry!
Hey, Thank you for taking the time to try out my game! I'm really glad you liked it!
Sorry to hear you got stuck, I'll try to take a look at that bug and fix it as soon as possible.
Thank you again!
