Super charming game with lots of personality! I absolutely love the unique art style! The controls feel a little bit stiff to me, but I think with some polish this could be a really fun take on the souls-like genre!

Whoa, absolutely love the art and story! It really takes you into the world! I also really appreciate the attention to detail in the gameplay, like the screen-shake from the impact, the time slow effect, the fact that the music slows along with the timeslow, I'm also in love with your "Fight" transition screen!

The only feedback is that the transition between the story and the gameplay feels a little bit forced, but otherwise it was a really fun experience!

Loved the art and the atmosphere in the intro scene! You really nailed it!

This is an amazing concept! I wish I thought of it! Really enjoyed the art too.

Oh boy, I love rhythm games, and this one is super fun! The timing window is fair, and I really like how the music continues and resets seamlessly even if you fail at any point. I do feel like the visual cue from the background somewhat takes away from the overall game, because it distracts from your beautiful animation in the foreground.

It's probably much harder to do, but if instead the cue can come from your boss animation, or somehow from the music it self (similar to rhythm heaven or melatonin), it would add a lot to the gameplay!

I also really like your transition screen, gonna have to steal that for my own games xD!

Overall I really loved the game. Amazing work!

Very beautiful and poetic looking game! It was also very satisfying to sacrifice all my health for power. Well done!

Under-rated banger. Seunni shared the game with the rest of our team and we all love it! I especially love how getting ducklings is a tradeoff between damage and hurtbox! Hope this game gets more traction.

Awesome game! I love the throwback arcade vibes!

Holy, I love it! One of the most polished games I played for this Jam, and very impressive that it's built with Love!
The game is incredibly balanced. The bosses are engaging, but gives you just enough time to react to their attacks.

I managed to get through the game by just constantly spamming the attacks and let the magic missiles auto target the boss. It feels a little bit game breaking since I'm sort of bypassing melee attacks lol.  It still was an amazingly fun experience!

Hot damn! This game has everything great about a fighting/beat-them-up game, and feels extremely polished. The hits feel impactful, the timed dodge is satisfying, music hypes you up, and the art is very unique and stylistic. What more can I ask? Would love to see a full version!

A visually stunning game! It's also incredibly difficult boss rush. To move you have to shoot, which uses up your life, to attack also requires the same exchange, so being precise with how you use your resources is paramount. The difficulty is compounded by the game speed. I love it, but the game might prove to be a challenge for even the most competitive gamers.

Cool game! Feels like a solid platformer and reminds me of Terraria bosses! The character feels a little bit floaty though, and the map is a little bit big so I had some trouble finding the first boss.

I loved playing it! Trying to keep the turret in range of the boss while trying to setup an escape path with the same turret presents a very interesting challenge! Everything also felt super polished. Good job!

A very beautiful game and I enjoyed the concept!

Wow, what a novel idea! The mechanic is surprising fun and exercises my brain in a different way! The game and art could use a little bit more polishing, but it's a great take on the idea and I'd love to see a full game from this!

Was the mode selection supposed to merge into one? When I got to that screen all three modes were stacked on top of each other.

Great concept! Fits the theme well. In the future, add a button where you can skip to the next dialogue in the beginning. I was confused that the game wasn't starting at all. The art is cute. I wish there were more things to do in town.

I enjoyed the art style of this game. It seems like an interesting game but just as someone else said this game won't be playable unless you can read French.

I love defense tower games. I think this game has potential to be polished into an even better one. I think in the future you need some sort of indication that things have been purchase and add music to it to make it more lively.

Just letting you know it's currently unplayable :(

What a cool game! Love the simplicity of the art. Took me a hot second to figure out if there was sound.

Woah, amazing! In a lot of ways this feels more polished than the original. It's addictingly fun, a fresh take on tower defense despite inspired by an existing game, and on top of that, fits the theme perfectly. Superb job!

Awesome idea and execution! Feels really close to the real thing and made me laugh in real life. Good job!

Wow, this game is really good! Definitely captures the thrill of bullet hell games, especially with the unforgiving 1 life per stage. It's really polished and I'm surprised you got it out this early. Good job! Will definitely come back and rate it.

Wow. This really hit the mark in every single category. Super impressive for a team of two, and a masterpiece in the context of this Jam. Good job!!

Cool game! Pretty fun even though I feel a little morally conflicted about this lol

Pretty great game! Fitting music, interesting puzzles, hilarious hiding positions, what else could I want? The only feedback I have is that sometimes the character moves so quickly it's hard to get into the perfect spot to interact with the correct furniture, and maybe more levels. Great job!

The art style and music really created the world nicely. As others have said, the gameplay was confusing. I read the instructions in the description and wasn't able to throw the rocks at all. The contrast between the characters and the environment was not consistent. It looked as if the environment was blurry in comparison. Overall, visually it has a great start. Just need to polish up the gameplay.

First off, kudos for the submission! Even if it's not finished. Game jams are learning experiences for everyone. One of the major things that could have helped would be the direction of where things were. It took me a couple of minutes to figure out where the interactable items were.

Great art style choice! I really like point-and-click games and this hit the spot. Overall feels like a polished game. I will have to go back to this and play it through a little more.

Cool game! The characters feel a bit floating and wish there were more levels. And the game didn't completely fit in my browser screen. But overall I had a lot of fun while it lasted!

Was confused at first then realized I couldn't see the names of the places at the top. After figuring it out it was fun and simple. The walking animation could've been a bit faster.

Neat mechanic! Although I normally associate this game's fly mechanic with gravity change, but it was still fun regardless! I also really enjoyed the pixel art.

I really liked this game! It was pretty fun trying to find the delicate balance of not dying and pissing off your passengers as much as possible. The only thing I struggled with a bit was getting used to the tank controls, but that's part of the challenge. Great job!

Thanks for checking out the game! And thanks for catching the bug! We didn't have much time for playtesting so really appreciate the feedback. That particular bug should be fixed now!

Cool game! I like the action and the movement feels really smooth.

It was a little bit confusing trying to figure out why I couldn't attack with the sword, and a bit confused about what the cliche is, but otherwise a neat little game!

Cool game! Really enjoyed the art style and the animations, however, I think there are some aspects that could use a little polish. Like the text size being too small on higher resolutions, dialogue being unskippable, and certain visual bugs when going through the top door. It was also a little bit confusing figuring out what to do, but otherwise, great submission!

I really like how polished it is. A combination of the classic "Interactive Buddy" and cookie clicker. Although I wished there was a little bit more depth and player choide. Right now it feels a little like a presentation that progresses by spamming. Still really enjoyed it though!

Really interesting idea! I think there's a lot of potential with this game if the mechanic is expanded a bit more and the gameplay is balanced. In its current state, it's a really cool mechanic demo and I love the arcade vibes!
