Cycling back through! This one was a good one from memory, keeping my review and rating! Best of luck to you!

Hey there, I am trying to get other to re-submit their reviews for my game if possible...it was deleted and removed from the Jam on accident based on a technicality which was solved between the Jam Host and a particular asset used in the game...please if you have time, energy, and/or generosity to re-saved your ratings/reviews for the game. I am going through and re-saving yours given my browser kept your rating saved data on my end...but it looks like I lost all 73 reviews and ratings from my end....  :( best of luck to you in the Jam

Sorry for the inconvenience if you have a chance to rate/re-rate

Fun game to play. I liked the art and animations. Music is great too.

The simplicity of this is really good. Reminds me of undertale a little in regards to art. (In a good way :3)

Love the rhythm games and it's not an exception! Great work, really fun, the controls are responsive and music are really jamming.

The only complaint is that the player sound, when you hit the ball, it's really boring and creates a feeling that you always miss the rhythm, something more snappy and bright (?) would be so much more fitting.

Great entry, love it!

It's like Undertale of rhythm games. I like everything about it, wait for more.

oh man this was really cool, I want more! Would love bosses with multiple buttons, click and holds, ect.. Really cool start to a game though. Thanks for making this!

Wow - I love it!  Following you and hoping to see more levels.

Very cool game, sad that there are only 2 bosses, but i can see this into a full game release. The only issue is that the two bosses differ only with the music, the mechanics are the same. Overall really cool game!

Making a rhythm game for boss rush is very bold and unusual (like the only representative on this jam). I really liked the music and the rhythm mechanics themselves, but I did not see any implementation of the exchange theme in this game, and I also want to note that the game is too simple, I passed it without taking damage on the first attempt. The game is well made, but unfortunately there is too little content for a monthly jam.

Hopefully more bosses in the future! I had a blast playing this, clearly a lot of love was put into it and it shows! Great Work :D

This game is so fun to play, I love the art style that reminds me of Everhood, great and polished gameplay, just missing the theme, great game.

Awesome entry ! One of my favorites !
Love the music and sound design, very responsive gameplay, very cool visuals (despite few trailrenderer issues on the ball I think?).
One minor nitpick is that I felt that the spam attack thing was a bit to hard on the hands !

Also I love the screen transitions They look gorgeous !

This is probably one of my favorite games from this jam! Very charming character designs and art style with dynamic animations and entertaining music. I thought your take on the theme was unique. Very fun and polished game. I really want to play more levels!

Submitted(+1)

This is a very polished game lol

I also loved how the beat counter line tells you when you have to bounce the ball at your position before hitting it towards the boss

It goes without saying that the presentation as a whole is amazing. The character designs and animations looked amazing and the music was indeed a bop

I'm not really a fan of the button mashing QTE though. However this is more of a personal thing I guess. Especially since you don't need to mash too much.

Great job on this

This game is really fun. I loved the characters and the art. This game was really responsive. I felt that it was really responsive and fun to play. I wanted more bosses but it is still really good right now. Good Job.

If you are interested, could you please play my game. I would really appreciate it.

Loved it! Engaging and fun all the way through! Loved the zany characters, music, and hints of story.

Game was responsive, and felt pretty fair (if a little on the easy side) Would definitely not mind seeing a full version of this!

5 stars all the way! I wish there were more!

The music is a tad bit off sync by a frame or so, but that might be on my end!

Submitted(+1)

All I can say is wow! The music had my head bopping along the whole time, the timing of the sfx scratched an itch in the back of my mind and the visuals just fit the retro vibe perfectly.

Would love to see this as a full game! Literally my favourite game I've played so far in the jam!
