I spent way more time than i expected on your game. 

It's a great entry i loved it ! From the minimalist art to the gameplay, it is extremely polished and you have my respect for that.

I also managed to get the third place on the leaderboard ;)

I liked this game, but I'd like to adjust the difficulty curve. At several first tiles, a player might need 2 balls to reach the golfpost, and he will lose if the first ball fall. Probably it makes sense to provide the first additional ball earlier.

Yea the randomness can be brutal... in a full game there should probably be more ball rewards early and then less later, but currently its just a new ball every 6 rounds

Found a major bug!
I picked extra life perk. Once I run out of balls it spawned new ball at start location. But my previous ball is still left on the field. so I tried to throw it off into the water just to see what happens. And it started growing in size and mess up rest of the game :)

A really good game! Being a fan of Desert Golfing and various mobile roguelikes I could definitely see myself playing this a lot on my phone. I couldn't work out what the yellow squares did, but other than that, everything made sense and it fitted the theme well. Great entry!

UPDATE: Had to make another change to fix freezes after hole 6 and the leaderboard... (unfortuantely had to reset the leaderboard as well, sorry)

Nice one! It gets quite tough quite quickly - two shots might be a bit unforgiving for this game! Also, well done on getting it in 10 seconds before submission, talk about cutting it fine!

I wish game didn't freeze after hole 6 or so. My guess is it tries to put me on leaderboard but fails. Doesn't seem like anyone else made it to leaderboard either.

Made it 137 holes. Got a bit tired and lost on purpuse though :(
Got to say it becomes hard to loose after around 50 holes or so when I acquire many balls but Golfposts are still relatively easy to reach with just half of what I got since I'm the one building stage. Music also becomes a bit too repetative. would be cool to have more sound tracks.
I'd suggest make every next ball locked after progresivly more points.
Other problem I see is that I just keep on repeasting 3 or 4 paths that I've built making it very repetative. Maybe every 50 rounds or so I should also relocate my starting location? Or make me place more blocks before placing next goal so that I'm developing new places faster. Or make me replace existing blocks from time to time?

Thanks for playing that long! I've honestly not played that far, so no wonder the balancing is off there... The plan was to have the mystery pick ups sometimes remove some tiles or balls instead of giving you rewards

Cool idea! It's very fun. The game tends to run very heavily after about 6 holes, which makes it unplayable because it just freezes. But otherwise very fun

Note: I had to do a small fix after the deadline to get the WebGL build to work (there was an issue with playing sounds on startup crashing the game every time)

Had so much fun with the game <3, did notice a small bug : If you retry you won’t get the initial upgrades that you do from starting fresh
