Better than I expected! Reflect really helped to deal with the projectiles and allowed the enemies be more aggressive with how much they send my way.

Thanks for playing!

Working on this did inspire me to try making something closer to acctual Deset/Jungle strike but that might take a while. will see how it goes:)

Very unfogiving but adicitve. Just want to have one more try again and again.

Well Done!

This is very well put together. Looks nice, controls good.

Very unique take on bullet hell.

Good idea, even if not fully developed yet.

Thank you for your understanding!

And yeah, in the middle of the jam I was thinking about Desert Strike a lot.

Thanks! Glad to hear you liked it!

I did want to put a shop inside 'Safe Zone' but didn't have time to implement it. And enemies would have to drop gold. Will leave it for post jam update.

Seemed boring at first but after getting few upgrades was pretty funny blasting all the cars I could.

Only problem I see is once I get all upgrades I don't really have reason to continue playing which is too bad considering that is when it is the most fun.

Love space ships battles. Too bad I didn't get to be one of the big ones :)

A bit too old school for my taste but well made and polished!

A bit slow at the start but got interesting later on. Sadly I got stuck, wave would not end despite no enemy being on screen.

Other complaint I would have is that at the start of the game I don't have enough cash to by anything at the first one or 2 shop visits. This feels bad if I miss an item I want but have no chance of getting. Would suggest starting with some amount of cash or make wave 1 a bit more rewarding.

Glad you liked it.

Helicopter was actually the easy way out. I initially wanted to control a robot that walks on ground so holes left on ground by all destruction would play bigger role. But flying unit just felt more fun.

It is definetly too many objects. And I am aware how to fix at least some of them in theory but didn't have time to spend on optimization.

Thanks for the details!

Another 3d isometric perspective game, nice!

Very clean visuals and responsive controls. Nothing to complain about. Good job!

Once I moved to the top It became easy.

At first I thought I do damage by touching the enemy and sword is just an damage upgrade :)

Short and cute! and not that difficult.

Pretty original for bullet hell.

My only complaint would be that sometimes the hole just don't provide me with right meals. That is aspecially annoying at the start of the game and player might quit before getting hooked. This could be solved if for first 30 seconds customers had had a smaller variation of when they want (for example just 3) and same applied to hole. Then 'unlock' all possible foods or keep gradually increading this variety .

Could be fun but pretty difficult.

Made it till the end. Did not expct a boss at the end!

Seems like sometimes mouse movement is not detected properly. I ended up shooting multiple arrows in the same line despite my mouse being moved. And it seemed to affect other weapns too. I had a bomb (4) exploding at the start location of previous arrow. And I also had arrow spawned in the middle of screen when used right after bomb.

It was interesting overall.

Thanks!

Thanks!

Thanks!

Outline looked better for me at least in earliest build. Might have been a different story now or if I made better texture for blocks.

Sorry for bad performance, I didn't have time address this ussue, plus my machine seemed to run if ok. I do have an old laptop myself so I should be able to test on that when I'll work on performance.

I should've also built downloadable version. Those usually perform better.

Same here. I even thought I'm doing pretty good but still run out of time and had to leave many ideas out:

Was fun regardeless.

(1 edit)

I should have asked this earlier but was working on a game.

If you are still free and interested to help with 2 or 3 tracks it would be appreciated!

Thanks and I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I did replay a few Megaman games (among other games) before start of the jam to have some inspiration and I worked on player character controls and most of the bosses. That might be it :)

This one caught my attention a while ago but then I forgot about it. Glad I did find it again!

The idea and art is really nice. One immediate complaint I have is that first enemy slimes took 7 shots. There should be a variation that takes 3 shots max, even if just for fist wave.

Boss 1 didn't feel too interesting as all its attack would work more or less the same on flat terrain. Other 2 bosses however did take advantage of world being round.

ALl in all this was pretty good!

Not sure what you mean about doors. If you mean doors inside "main hall" all of them are open at the start and are closed once you beat a boss of that room.

And it seems I already checked your game some while ago.

was a bit confised at start but could get into it and beat I think 3 bosses.

Problem was mostly that changning orbit trajectory is not the most intuitve thing.

Seems like orbit recalculation causes lots of lag aspecially if I hold W for too long.

Esc paused the game but 2 buttons from menu didn't work.

All in all, quite original take and nice look. But due to limited control seems like I should just get into basic orbit a be lucky normal attacks don't get me.

Looks pretty good but very easy. could beat it without using spin.

One easy way to improve it would be make bosses attack more often.

Looks nice but has some performace issues even on windows build. game even froze on boss 3.

Bosses seemed difficult even when I understood bullets color mechanic. This might be because bosses are so agressive that there is little time to look at my bullets and collors still left on the boss.

Very original and kinda disgusting in a good way!
I'd suggest adding an option to restart right a way after loosing instead of sending me to main menu.

This looks interesting and has some story elements.

Bosses however, were a bit underwhelming. I beat them all with just basic punches. Other weapons seemed to take too long to get going.

This looks good and controls are responsive.

Boss doesn't seem to comlicated but require some precision and patience.

Not sure if this needs to be over 300 MB though.
