Try My Game and I’ll Play Yours Too!(web build game)

Hey everyone!

Not sure if people usually do this, but I’m super proud of my game and I’d love to get more feedback on it. It is a strategy+puzzle game.

And I'd like to play good games in this jam but I know there will be so many entries in this jam and it’s impossible to try them all… so why not we help each other out?

If you’re up for it, drop your game link here! I’ll do my best to play it, leave a review, and share a few thoughts.

And I’d really appreciate it if you could do the same for mine! ps: it would be nice you can left a comment in the game about some more details and suggestions... Thanks!

I’m mostly into strategy, simulation, and casual games,  and not so much into(or, well, not good at) action games, but I’m happy to try anything. I’ll mainly test web build games.

Let’s boost each other and enjoy the jam! Good luck everyone!

Played yours, here are some of my thoughts.
I like the idea of adjusting the amplify and frequency of the wave to match the target, and the synchronization meter is super helpful as I can't even tell if I'm close enough lol.
some suggestions I'm thinking:
1. maybe give it a level or something, and player need to get to certain points before x tryings, this way the game has a more clear target.
2. I'm not sure if there is a better way to do this but I feel currently it is hard to tell if the wave matches, especially at an early stage, and even when they overlap. So most of the time I'm just changing values up and down and see if I get luck lol.

This game is actually super fun !! Getting a board of a single color = satisfaying af ahah! A lot of time I forget about swap...
The only negative feedback I have is that every time I hover on a "powered up" tile, it hides my healt
Here's my game if you want to try it. Similar theme with the instruments :) https://woodoowooda.itch.io/echo-waves (don't forget to leave a review in 2h, i'll review yours for suuure! so fun!!)

Hey thanks for playing the game(it would be nicer if you can leave your comment in game :P)
I tried your game, very interesting! remind me of the game called dark echo. Your game has more puzzle element and I like how you can interact with instrument and how you place the little classic puzzle in the game.
BUT! I got stuck on the beginning of level 6. it stuck at the beginning, I tried to clap but nothing happens :(...
I hope you get enough time to fix it before the end of the jam!
(and it might be a good idea to provide cheat button to skip levels, when things like this happens, so player has a way to skip broken levels.. if possible...)

I will leave my comment on your game's page for sure! Thanks for the feedback on my game. I had cheat buttons coded, but decided to not include them in the final build, but maybe I could add them back for harder levels! Have you tried "R" to restart the level?
PS : I played my level 6 from itch and it works fine... I don't know how you got stuck... I hope no one else will :|

I actually played your game as the very first game somehow. And it was very cool, I honestly loved your art style, and the entire combination of mechanics! It also sounds very good!

Very interesting game. I liked the arcade type style and also quick suggestion make it a bit easier or add long time upgrades that make every run matter

hhhhey again I'm sorry I can't play PC game now. I'll try to play it later. The game looks cool with the lighthouse and the vampire survival upgrades, I think maybe it can be a good fit for mobile game..? I love the art too.

Went in and added my comments both to the game and the jam page. Sadly I cannot rate it unless a miracle happens and it appears on my queue.

But I really enjoyed it!

Our entry, RESOKILL.

Hello!! I have played your game and I think that it is a very interesting and captivating game! I love the cute color theme and graphics. It is definitely a unique way of interpreting the game theme!

Here is my submission :

It is a very short and simple game (it's my first time making a game) I would be very glad to hear some feedbacks :)

yeah it is a nice little game considering it's your first game. I like the wave chasing you lol.

I think to improve it, might consider to improve the control more. I'm not good at platformer game myself but I think you can find some tutorials to make the player move more comfortable!

good game!
