In what way does your game fit the theme?
In a shooter game, you shall not leave you wingmen behind. For you are STRONGER TOGETHER.
... size and strengh of your bullets (made of water) gets a bonus when you're close to your wingmen.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, everything from scratch.

Great concept, would love to see health icon implemented after the jam but good submission :)!
Graphics: Great
Audio: Great
Gameplay: Solid
Theme: Solid and leads to interesting trade-offs.
What I felt was missing: Health bar.
What i liked the most: The shooting animation even with lighting on the front of the ship.
Wow, the art on this game is just immaculate! The character art, scrolling background, cover art, everything is just so well done.
The gameplay was okay, but I don't feel like the wingmen really added that much of a unique fun element to the gameplay. It basically just boiled down to being a normal galaga-style shooter but you have to stay in place to deal more damage. Also a health bar would've been nice
But the pixel art is some of the best I've seen in this jam, so kudos!
Great game, I would have maybe liked to see some more UI for HP, as others have already said. I love the parallax effect and the music is just so relaxing. Overall, awesome entry and well done!
Thanks for your feedback, dude!
Yeah, those are already our update. This is coming! haha
Parallax, thanks for our Thiago Cunha and musics to Natalia Petrutes! ^^
Interesting idea and neat visuals, some UI for things like the ships health and your energy or distance from the other ships would have been nice but it was still a cool game
Taking note of these tips! Haha
Thanks for your feedback, dude.
This game has a lot of BUGS! But don't worry... I manage to destroy most of them ;)
It always fun to shoot things with a R-Type style game. Nice implementation of the wingmen increasing your attack power.
As the other users said here, there's the missing damage indicator and other minor stuffs, understandable if you start the jam late. I barely manage to finished it and I started the first day.
Anyway, there's a lot of room for improvement and the idea has potential to be a great game.
Great work! Congratulations!
Hahahaha! Thanks for save us.
Some things were missed during the short time we had. However, we'll keep the work on it to finish this game.
Thanks for your words!
Really nice art and atmosphere, It would be great to see a full released version of this
Hey thanks, dude! We'll keep the work on it.
Nice game with great art! The controls are smooth and the idea is interesting, having to balance between dodging and getting the bigger projectiles. However, it would be good to see how much health you have remaining, and make it clearer when you take damage or die, maybe with a small explosion or sound.
You bet those are in the list of updates.
We, unfortunatly, decided to enter the jam late. Those features surely are expected in a shooter, right? ;)
Thank you for playing and for your review.
Very polished art and animation. Fun game! I liked the simple controls and concept. I didn't see a health meter, maybe I missed it.
Hi, dud! We tried to make the game simple. Then level up it. Haha!
However the time was an evil man for us. Next update gonna be the HUD and balance on damage system! ^^
This game looks great. The setting / bg and animations are really well done. My feedback for the gameplay is that maybe the enemies should be 1-hit-able, because it's a little frustrating to have to hit them multiple times to kill them, so I end up mostly just dodging whenever I can.
I get that would remove the idea of different bullets having different strengths, but it feels like that feature is there to tie it to the theme more than to enhance gameplay. Although that's just my opinion.
On the positive side, like I said, it looks great. Parallax effect is a nice touch. And it's fun too. Overall it's def a pretty solid submission.
Morning, dude! I appreciete every single word you wrote. All letters are important for us.
In the begining of the project we'd like to make a co-op gameplay of two players and work them together. However, in a itchio platform and in a JAM, mos of us won't be able to play a co-op game, due to don't have anyone more to play. Then we minimize the project to a "follow the player" IA to keep the enviroment and mechanic.
Once again, really appreciate your words.
Nice! The art is really awesome, and I was suprised by all the backstory, very cool. I agree with previous commentors that a death scene and damage marker of some kind is really needed and subjectively, I think it would be more fun to have weaker enemies that die in one shot but perhaps have more of them and a faster shooting time.
Really thanks for your words, dude! The backstory is really good, thanks to our designer Thiago Cunha.
Unfortunately, we didn't have the time we need to finish this game the way we'd like. Next steps is to implement the HUD e adjust the damages/health system. We'll go for it!
hi there dev, your game is cool!, played it, liked it, rated it!..
Come do the same for us if you like : https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/923455
Thanks for your words, dude!
cool game! definitely fits the theme & adds a nice challenge for the player! The art style is well done and the music fits the game perfectly! I only wish there was a way to indicate how much damage you've received/what your current health/lives are. It was also sometimes hard to tell if the big enemies were being hit or not. Great job!
Hi, dude!
REALLY thanks for your feedbacks. Those are rightly our next steps. Unfortunately, due the time we had to participate this jam (3 days) we didn't reach our main goals to delivery the game we should do. However, we're keep doing this game to finish it and had a good job done! ^^
