How does the game fit the theme?
Print It Please draws inspiration from everyday tasks that seem simple at first but quickly become unexpectedly complicated. As a team, we reflected on how printing something rarely goes as smoothly as expected, making it a perfect fit for the theme. Additionally, we incorporated a setting where a seemingly straightforward job gradually expands with more and more unexpected responsibilities, reinforcing the idea that "nothing can go wrong"—until it inevitably does.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
The 3D assets (asset store), some 2D icons (game icons) and the music were not made by us.

How many people worked on the game?

Excellent game! I'm a huge fan of the visuals with the comic style. it looks fantastic. The gameplay loop is super engaging. I have literally nothing to criticize! Sound design was excellent too!

Hello! The game is really chill and fun. I love how original and funny it is! The animations are beautiful, and the drawings are really nice—great job to the whole team! 👏 By the way, feel free to check out my game! 😊

Really great concept! I loved the puzzles and how there were multiple things you had to fix to get a correct print. My only criticism is that it gets a bit frustrating when you have to sit through the printing animation while you continuously get it wrong. It would have been nice to have a skip button which just shows you the page immediately. Other than that though, the game was very fun and polished! The art is really charming, I liked it a lot. I really enjoyed this game, great job!

Funny concept, you really were able to sell the feeling of working with printers...

Really cool haha, could almost relate lol. Well done, usually I don t like puzzle games but as I often use Design software it made it fun :)

Brilliant! Infuriatingly brilliant.  - Job 9 was by far the hardest, and I spent way too much time on this game instead of attendig to some RL printing...

Great animation and sound design. The game is a fun concept for a puzzle game with more variety in the future. Once comment: I was left wondering whether the mechanic to "gently tap" the printer would lead to any further complications down the line, or if it was just a necessary action at the start of each task?

Thank you! Hitting the printer was more of a narrative excuse for the printer errors changing every round. And, well, also something we wanted to do with a real printers

Oh yeah it makes perfect sense. It just seemed to slow the gameplay down a bit each round XD

I really like animations, I can feel their heaviness.

This game was exceptionally made, with a neat user interface, great animations, sound effects, sound track, comic art style, witty humor in the printing errors and object interations. It was incredible well implemented. Absolute banger of a game. Overall fantastic work!

this is super well done! I love the visuals, and the little quirks that you came up with the make printing a puzzle were great! I do think the player character should just buy a new printer though...

The amount of paper and ink wasted made me fell dark things. Excellent job guys. Game is very polished and gameplay is a lot of fun!

Very polished and neat game, the visuals were very noteworthy and memorable, and audio design was great. The printing is a bit slow in general though and the whole trying to match the slightly off poster design became a bit unfun later on for me, but I recognize that's just my own taste. The game is very well made and I love the gag of whacking the printer every time. If the printing was made faster I'd probably enjoy it a bit more.

Great game! Definitely very notable.

This is worse than cat mario. My bloodpressure was rising soo much!! (Brilliant idea btw.) The visuals and the audio are top tier! May I ask which software did you use?

Developer(+1)

Woah, think we nailed the frustration part of it! Thanks! The game was made with Unity.

It's a bit slow for my liking, but that's personal opinion, objectively this game is very polished and has very nice gameplay. I do like the formula and how you decided to take the theme, pretty innovative, plus very accurate to the printer lore xD. I extremely love the visuals of this one, it has that pop art style and very vibrant look which I love and the music got me nostalgia of back when I was a kid and watched tons of videos in YouTube, that music was everywhere. Nice job on this one.

God damn this game is mind blowing with its presentation and charm. Such an insanely unique concept too. The comedy had us all laughing, and was so we'll incorporated 😂.

Thank you team for birthing this piece of art  ♥️

Funny game, the fact that it never works first time is very relatable!
