Even tho in the description you mentioned youre bad at art i really think this is an artistic masterpiece. The way the colors change and the weather changez it gives off a super nice vibe. I love the concept and i think you should keep working on this possibly as a commercial release?

Hehe, thanks a lot for these kind words :) Sometimes i am better at these things than i actually realize :) I really wanted to put all of my skills in its current state to use, and that is what you experienced in this game. I want to improve in all these area's. Making games is deffinetly a good way to get motivated to do so! A commercial release has not crossed my mind yet but who knows, maybe i will :) Thanks for making my day :)
Acoustic tracks in a game always gives me a smile! Some bolder drawn lines and rearrangement of the platforms would do wonders here!

really cool art style, a shame that some of the lines of the drawings are too thin and are hard to see, you put a lot of time drawing your levels, the platformer controller is smooth no difficulty whatsoever with that, great game!
Thanks a lot! I wanted to redo some of the sketches i did in the early stages because they are too thin indeed. But then i ran out of time ;p

Thank you :) initially the game was even harder haha ;p but playtesting revealed that i should tune it down. These kind of games always need some kind of difficulty though :) I will check out your game now :)

I loved how the game looks like a sketch book :D. Controls were responsive and nice so that a point from me :D My only issue is that i kept falling while climbing up maybe adding a checkpoint system can make the game a bit easier.Other than that it was dashing and kicking around. Overall great game :D
Thanks a lot :) It was actually a design decision to sometimes fall back to the area below, however at some point you obtain dash or double jump and then getting back to your original spot gets easier. I decided early on that i was not going to include death mechanics, this was my way of introducing some difficulty. thanks for your review, i will check out your game aswell :)
I really like the game, the artstyles cool and the musics nice. The only problem I have is I think it could be more obvious where the platforms are. Other than that, great game!
Thank you :) you are right that the platforms sometimes aren't visible enough. I was trying to balance the game for every possible route, and that meant i had to balance space between the platforms for both only double jump and only dash ;p because i also wanted double jump and dash to have value ;p but that meant that i had to place these platforms really far and with my setup, kind of out of vision. Definitely something i would do differently in the future :)

had fun playing your game, great animations, i really loved the sketchy art! something i didnt like is sketches dont look nice with green background, but with yellow it was great. it was quite challenging :)

I watched the play through. The art looks really great and the homemade music is brilliant as well! its cool that the color changes throughout the game as well. The platforms that move up and down look like they could be quite challenging, maybe slow them down or something? Overall, it looks really cool! Well Done!
