Very solid game! Thoroughly enjoyed it! Love the art and music! Well done!
(The game did crash once and blue screen my computer.. but maybe that was on my computer)
Regardless, Go Granny Go!
nice game , the mechanics underline the level design very well. i liked it very much
As a Kirby fan, I am drawn to any game that tells me to suck, and this one didn't disappoint. Polished visuals, atmospheric sound, and some snappy platforming made for a great little experience. Shame about the bugs preventing people from finishing the game, but I'll give y'all a follow so that I can know when it's all fixed up. Awesome work!
Thanks so much! If you're interested, we started a community discord server. We're planning to polish up the game, add some more content, and get it up on steam!
And we'll be putting a fixed version of the jam version up as well.
Awesome game! Everything about it is really enjoyable. I unfortunately had a softlock pretty far in the game, I wasn't able to open one of the locks.
This game is awesome! It's very polished, the mechanics are solid, well-balanced, and the sound and art are great too! I was wondering what process you followed to balance the game so well.
Congratulations on the great job! :D
Thank You!! our process for making the game included a lot of play testing and having solid design goals. Nearly every mechanic we wanted to implement started as a loose idea, and through play testing we were able to iterate on it to make it more closely align to our design goals.
Very solid overall, I could see this being a full release game! Great work!
This needs a full release. Top Tier game. Awesome work.
Thank you! We're actually planning to polish it up, add some more content, and put it on steam as soon as we can. We started a community discord if you're interested in following that! (totally fine if not though)
Excellent work guys! Really interested to see what comes next!
Great game. I played up to the broken vent. Having to use the mouse introduces new challenges that weren't an issue in Celeste, and yet it feels great to get a handle on the suck and blow mechanic. Levels were designed very well to complement the mechanics. In a full game I could see the learning curve being more gradual though, since a lot of precision and dexterity is required.
Precision platformers aren't really my cup of tea and I had to put it down after beating level 5, but you got a lot of mileage out from using the few mechanics and theme in a really clever way. Very impressive.
Really impressive stuff. I got stuck a couples time when the camera didn't switch back to Granny after a death, but overall really great and fun game. Good job!
I was enjoying the game so much so I got really sad when I got stuck in the room with the broken vent. Amazing game otherwise
This is incredible, the mechanics are smart, the controls are tight and I was continually amazing that it kept going, a really impressive amount of content for such a tight turnaround. I did have a couple of issues with stuttering and inputs getting eaten that took the gameplay from challenging to aggravating, but I'm mostly just disappointed that I didn't get to see it through to the end.
This entry at first glance looks similar to Celeste but after playing it for a bit you realize that the mechanics call for a totally different approach to platforming. While in Celest you maneuver with key or controller presses in Unduster controlling with the mouse calls for a premeditated placement of the mouse for some maneuvers. The previous jumps can leave your mouse in an unfortunate position if you aren't careful and when approaching the borders of the screen the camera can stop panning meaning that movement may or may not reposition your cursor depending on where you are in any given tileset. With the addition of the push vacuum causing you to need to be on both sides of the player character this is a platformer with a really high skill ceiling.
This game oozes polish from the little sparks off of the batteries to the immaculate tileset and even the soft glow of the backlit torches(which pair with the slowly rising fire animation).
I do wonder if you are all a part of an established team because it certainly seems like it. Excellent entry!
Celeste but vacuum. Probably the best game of the jam tbh.
The music is such a vibe. I had alot of fun playing it, the concept is so strange. What's she doin in this ancient crypt.
Really fun and well made platformer! Makes you feel good when you finally beat the hard "jump puzzles", having to ship your mouse around made it play very different than other platformers, unfortunately my mouse would keep going to the other monitor and messing up my jumps, but aside from that it was really good, just meant that I had to be more aware!
This game can pretty much be on steam already. There's just a few bugs, but other than that it plays really well, the graphics are nice and consistent. This feels professionally done! Great job and keep making games!
Hilarious death sounds. Game was really fun and polished. There are a couple bugs I encountered though, first being camera not reliably zooming back to player if died on a map that didn't have checkpoints, and another being I respawned at a checkpoint behind 2 of those metal door thingies with no way of opening them anymore.
An absolutely fantastic game. I could never get into celeste but this held my attention all the way to that one bugged fan. I will be playing to completion once your team reuploads with it fixed.
Thanks so much! We've actually started a community discord for it since we're now planning to polish the game up, add a bit more content, and get it on steam. No pressure to join of course, just throwing that out there if you're interested.
