So fun! Loved the switch-up in gameplay between the races, and I especially enjoyed the longer-term strategy of deciding what parts to upgrade for each vehicle. Easily one of my favorite games of the jam.

THAT ENDING IS INSANE!! Had a really fun time throughout, my only criticism is that the speed boosts in the final stage of the race don't really feel as satisfying as the speed boosts in the first two. But otherwise one of my faves so far!

Good game! Nice job! The perspective of the races is really impressive!

Was pretty fun, reminds me of the old flash games, definitely would play it on xmas evening back in the day.  Kinda lacks in visuals and audio(didn't hear the audio, idk if there is one tho). Pretty simple and fun for what its worth, liked it!(check out our game too if you can /smile)

This was a lot of fun! I was floored when I saw the first terrain change, the upgrade system was a great way to keep the player hooked and encourage one more run as they worked their way through the game. I really loved the art direction and the music as well, all around a great entry!

Awesome job! The presentation on this is amazing, love the art, music and fun aesthetic of this game. Really enjoyed upgrading my boat and giving my all in the race. Great work!

One of my favorite games from the jam. This reminded me of many games I played as a child where you launch yourself out of a cannon or something and then try to get as far right as possible. In those games you could also upgrade your stuff and every run you would get a little further. Very addictive gameplay loop.

I loved how goofy the game is and upgrading everything is very cool. Love the progression.

The idea behind this is so goofy I love it. Would be nice if some things are highlighted more (boost pads, upgradable stats) and if we can see how much material we need for the next upgrade.

Nice art! I love how much life the upgrade screen looks!

Why is the duck so angry at us :(

This is a genius game. Every section is engaging, and conquering each one leaves me feeling powerful, even knowing that damn duck is going to grind me into paste in the next leg. Just super super fun, great work.

Also the journey from "Orwellian" to "Orvillian" 🤌 perfecto

Very satisfying, very well done, and very catchy music! I love how you start with a boat that literally doesn't move, and THAT ENDING-

Race Against a Duck was super fun! It reminded me a lot of flash games from when the internet was fun, and I had a great time with it.
