Hyped for this jam? End3r should tell us the theme today amirite? ;p

oh wow, that's my favourite entry this year. Great puzzles and use of the theme!

couldn't play, I got a big error alert on Firefox

very good puzzle!

tricky

Nice idea!

Remarkable! My two cents is that the camera does too many rotations in the intro of each level and behaves a little weirdly when we do 180°'s. (the Monkey Ball inspiration is very good indeed)

great idea

wow, Elastomania vibes with 1000% more zooms and dezooms!

good idea, collisions are a bit random though

impressive technically, however I don't understand why I lost while still being on the bridge and collecting people?

excellent graphics, it would have been easier if we could jump with the UP key

Hey, both our games involve catching noodles in a bowl. Congrats for the extra cuteness in yours!

Nice and challenging interpretation of the theme. In your game we catch logs. In mine, it's noodles :D

Cute!

Thanks! license added. Keyboard reset will be added in a post-jam version.

haha, thanks, I'll fix it in the full game post-jam :p

game doesn't start for me :(

Yep, I first tried to find a solution for every number from 0 to 50 using 4 twos, but it was not fun. So I changed the number of twos, played with the buttons available on the calculator, and finally picked the "puzzles" (the numbers) that I found the most interesting. As you see, many of them aren't even integers in the final game. I found it fun to wander on the side of negatives, fractions, powers and square roots too!

Thanks a lot! As you know I enjoyed your entry a lot too! The short music is not due to the size limitation (the game is only 5kb), I just lacked time to do something longer. As a comparison, one of my latest js13k entries contains 165 puzzles and 10 long musics extracted from classical MIDI files, so the size is not a problem if we use the right tools :)

That game is here: https://js13kgames.com/entries/lossst-a-snake-in-space

very cute

cute!

quite amazing

I'm an amateur and maker of geographic quizzes and this one is very well done!

wow

doesn't start :(

Thanks, and yes! We're friends. My game's mechanic appears in "Powered By HI" and his AI appears in my game after level 15 :)

great design, too bad it only supports WASD (should support ZQSD or arrow keys, and use X and C as action keys to accomodate for all players)

welp, congrats, I wouldn't know how to do something so clean with W myself :D

can't move

at least you handle slopes! it's one of the hardest things in video games.

fun and well designed but the character moves too fast and the jumps are hard

Love this entry!

the description says it was made for gamedevjs 2023. did you mean 2024?

Wow, no one went this far!

Thanks a lot for the funny and kind comment, just wanted to say that there is a bit of music. You need to enable it on the top right corner of the screen. Maybe it was too low and you didn't hear it?

thanks! See 36 as a perfect square number ;)

screen stays black at the beginning for me :(

Please don't support WASD only. Arrow keys at least.
