It's a very challenging game for sure. I may found a bug where the hitbox or mouse position isn't registered properly on a chef side-job especially after the upgrade scene.

Cool game! I went for a full teleporter run and as I started to memorize the pattern it was fun to frantically try and keep up with four of them once. Got fired once but managed to juggle three pretty well 'til the end. Nice one!

Really fun game! it is so hard at 4 jobs but once I got only 1 job left it was very slow, I would've like the option the get rehired

I love how absurd and funny it is. I appreciate that you managed to include 2 very different mini-games and 2 different characters. Also, I think the game fits the theme nicely.

As for the gameplay, I think cooking promotions are a bit too frequent, but maybe it was intentional to constantly disrupt the player with popups. Also, I think I found a bug: if you take enough '-X cooking time' promotions, the variable overflows and you won't be able to cook any more chicken.

Overall, I enjoyed playing. I managed to do 4 payments in my best attempt.

Great job! Good luck with your future projects!

Developer

ooh good find! I definitely did not consider someone taking enough cook time downgrades to go below 0! Thanks for the kind words and for playing the game!

really cool game loved the concept!

Nice game! Really fun to play. Really cool idea. Good luck!

was pleasantly surprised when the second job popped up and quickly went for another, juggling them all was a really cool idea

What a cool idea! I love the idea of picking up extra jobs and having to balance all that - definitely ties into that overloaded feeling well.

Nice job!

Really fun idea. I love interpretations of the prompt that make it so the gameplay itself is overloading the player. LOL

The audio could have used a bit more thought, but overall it works. Nice job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I definitely rushed the audio, I was hoping to have more time for that, but my week got away from me haha.

I totally feel that. With the time you had, great work!

Too many chickens ahaha I lost with four chefs but i was really fun! doing multiple jobs is extremely tricky!

Developer

Haha the 🐔 takeover is too real

Really fun and fits the theme perfectly

I had good fun playing this and did three runs, one cook, one teleport and one trying to mix the two! I found trying to do both jobs at the same time to be really tricky but where the game was the most fun. I would love to have seen it be more incentivised to do different jobs, maybe lower income for duplicates?

Overall though super fun game, thanks for making it!

Developer

Thanks for playing it! Incentivizing different jobs via lower income for dupes is a great idea!

Very interesting, original and yet simple idea, even storytelling is present. Audio is not distracting and fits the game. I imagine this game being played hours non-stop in quite relaxing pace

Great game. Super fun. Well polished. I liked the time pressure, especially with the ability to add jobs. I got in trouble when I mixed jobs on one character.

I also loved your papercraft style character art!

Well done.

PS. My main was teleporter

Developer

Thanks for playing! I am a big fan of the teleporter myself as well.

Quite overwhelming! I made the mistake of trying to be a chef and teleporter at the same time.

Loved the balance, fighting between getting fired for taking on too many jobs, or just not making rent by taking too few. Going chef is a bit too easy vs teleporter

Thanks for playing! That’s fair about Chef! Ran out of time to do proper testing and balancing haha
