Really well done. Every room as unique furniture waiting to be toppled and messed with. I almost filled the gauge, but the game became very stressful after 3rd play through. Still a very solid entry even for a genre I wouldn't usually play. Well done to the team!

Do you remember back the days being a little child and creating the hell for your parents? If not, this game will help as a reminder of these good old times. Try to interact and mess up the apartment while keeping an eye on the watchful and observing Robot Nanny! She is very kind and will clean up the mess while also putting you away for a little nap.

it's so cool i love how you have to piss off the robot!
then you know create a way for the player to change it's control I'd love to learn how to do that!
The robot is dead!
Great job with creating an apartment with such a great variety of household items to mess up. I also enjoyed toddler movement and found many cool features like jumping on the bed or writing GDScript code on walls. 😅 Intensifying music is also a nice touch. There are also so many little nice features, like being carried to bed instead of just resetting the game. They really make the game more fun!
Well done! I think you took a project with a very ambitious scope and managed to finish it on time in a very polished state.
Good luck to your team with your future projects!
What a really impressive game, I really liked it. I like how unique and fun the game is. Nice job.
Seriously impressive, such a well made and polished game, even your itchio page looks amazing! Just a well made, fun experience, not much else to add! :)
This is a banger, fun and well polished. Great game, strong contender for the jam. Graphics is good and on par with the feel of the game, it reminds me of a multiplayer game where one player was controlling a baby and another one was controlling the dad, but I find this one more fun. The sound effects of the nanny are also great, everything works very well. Great work.
This one is really fun and clever. Major points for fully original audio; I loved the vertically layered score. The sound effects & voice acting were also well made & well mixed. My only gripe is whenever I did something that would increase NannyBot's overload meter to the next anger level, the game would straight-up freeze until it caught me, making it completely impossible to actually win. Other than that, great work.
Very nice game from you guys!!
There were so many small details and the fact that you guys managed to model everything, get all the sounds and music, and get that AI to work as well it did is truly insane. (But I know you guys work really hard as I've worked with a few of you before, so its another nice performance!)
I just sat under a table and knocked the chair over when the nanny tried to fix it. It counted as invisible so it was too free XDD. I also hid behind that bed in a little corner when the nanny entered the bedroom.
Giving too many hints to new players now haha (oops!) I love that there are so many different strategies you could use to win, and nice easter egg you have there from eternal harvest.
Really reminds me of some games I played before, can't remember the names of the other games, but this is a good sign :)
Easy 5 stars across the board, I don't see any area that could've really been improved.
Very fun game. Liked the graphics and really liked the sound. That damn bot seemed to always get me when I almost filled up the bar couldn't quite get her to overload... hope to give it another shot in the future.
It was fun to play, but it is hard to hide from Nanny sometimes. In some rooms there is no place to hide, so you just stuck in there with the nanny blocking you way out ;(
Awesome stuff.
I loved the art direction and it was super satisfying to just run around and mess up the house.
Honestly, I feel bad for the Nanny after what I did..
Super good work, most definitely a solid contender.
Very nice 3D game, great team work. When all those things were dropped on the child I was I bit scary)
This one is so cute! I really like the interactions between objects and the different statuses you can get. I appreciate that even when you get caught you get a very nice little sleeping transition, very calming.
My failures in this jam have given me great pause, but I was asked by a teammate to look at this one, for he could not do it himself (Really weird missing pck error). I'd given him my opinion on the stars I'd give, but I'm going to put my general opinions here.
First, the basics: This is competently made. That means no errors were found by me during the playthrough. I expect nothing less from a team full of experienced jammers.
Controls were smooth, responsive, and intuitive. You don't necessarily need to be taught beforehand how to play the game. However, this is also the opinion of someone who plays a similar control style, in a similar environment, on the regular, which means what I see as standard may not be obvious to everyone else. Monitor the comment section and look for a consensus on this one.
The game provides just enough resistance that it can frustrate you enough to turn it off. That said, it did not happen to me this game. I got forced into a nap a few times, but then I found a way to deal with the robot and sprint for the win. Along the way, I also discovered that only certain things caused progression while others were just neat little toys.
I actually found something interesting while pursuing the options to evaluate accessibility. First, let me tell you that having a comprehensive options menu like this is no less than full marks, undisputable. That said, I learned something new while going through resolutions, and that's what happens when you see 1920 x 1061 as opposed to 1920 x 1080 (my monitor's native resolution): that 1061 is actually the version of the resolution with your taskbar still in view! Having resolution detection like this shows true mastery over Godot's tools, something that should be studied by fellow jammers!
Overall, this is a game that was well put together, a contender to be sure, but this is only the first game I've had the pleasure of looking at, and if what I was seeing is a preview of the jam, the competition is fierce. Best of luck to the team.
Thanks for playing. We can't actually take credit for the resolution in the options, that's from Maaack's Godot Template, which I highly recommend for anyone who wants to get scene loading and controls options out of the way quickly. https://github.com/Maaack/Godot-Game-Template
Glad you seemed to enjoy it.
