Really captured that feeling of slowly becoming more and more powerless as you proceed through the game. Especially, because you know that staying inside your mech you are technically the safest that you can be, and yet more and more of its systems fail one after another.

Love to be shut up in a tight little space with the weight of physics and the unknown pressing up on me from all sides, had an awful time (in the best way)!

Loved the aesthetics!

Original idea!

Like others have said, the controls are a bit wonky in the browser, but I really enjoyed the aesthetic and sound design!

Nice design and idea. I enjoyed it. Didn't work for me on Chrome, but worked on Firefox.

Intriguing idea,  definitely a little laggy on webGL for what you're doing. Not being able to press esc to leave full screen felt off because I kept having to go to a different tab to see the description, as the player isn't guided exactly how to play. The radio stations, text input, and voice over were nice touches. I manged to go through the wall and into the void on my first run (straight at the beginning) FYI. There is a lot of potential here but almost feels like the cockpit is a little unnecessarily cluttered, and part of me didn't exactly feel afraid as a character inside a robot, but maybe there is more to explore there thematically.

Heavy Iron Lung vibes, was fun to play.

Great game, it dit the effect you wanted !! Congratulations !

I was a little lost at the beggining until I saw the path, then It was easy to know where to go. At the beggining, when all is switch off it was difficult to see the cross to point.

The voices and the asfixing athmosphere in general are really great !

Such a solid game! Such a clever idea with the way how controls works, I was trying lots of commands in computer, but after that have seen in description that only test command will work. Great job!

Whoa this is such a cool idea, I absolutely love it!! Seconding Nez in that a downloadable version would have been very nice.

The whole mech idea is great, and the fact that it just moves on its own unless you stop makes you feel just a bit less in control, which works fantastically here. The scare is good, but it would be even better if there was more buildup to it. My main pains right now is that the lights are always on in the mech (making it feel quite safe really), and that there is very little visually showing you are actually in the world. I want to feel kind of fragile, like the water is actually just outside the mech. If it were to bob with each step, the camera shake a lil on each impact then it would feel so much more powerful and be more immersive.

I think you got a gem of an idea here, it would just have needed a lil bit different work. Not more. There is already more than enough stuff in the game, some stuff could be cut really (computer, radio, scanner) as they don't really make the game feel more terrifying. What has worked best for me is to pick one or two thing that I really focus on, and make as interesting as possible. Anyways, that's all my opinion, take it with a grain or seven of salt.

Overall, a really good idea, sound design was fantastic and mood was good. Great work!

Holy cow it seems people really want a downloadable, I'll be sure to put one up when the jam is over!

I tried to do a bit of buildup (it shows up on the ledge at the first turn) but I must've missed the mark there, I'll keep it in mind going forwards. We were considering a mech bob but the animation wasn't done in time sadly and we had to scrap that idea to get it done with the jam window.

Thanks for the comment!

Super cool voice and sound design. Really enjoyed the vibes of this one. I would've liked to have a downloadable version to play because the controls were a bit wonky in browser. It was also pretty challenging to figure out how to start. Gameplay and story def made up for that though!

Thanks!

In some other comments I explained why I went with just a web build, but it seems a downloadable one is more necessary than I thought!

The kind words are super appreciated!

I love these visuals! This grabbed my attention when I thought it was Iron Lung, and I know that in this game you can see, but theres something about it that does it for me. But after playing, I realized it was so much more than that, and you did great work!

Thanks!

It was actually super fun to figure out how to do the subviewports in Godot to get the "seeing" thing down!
