Really punishing but it have some clever level design ! And that little character is cute as hell (props for the gameboy art style).

The punishment for a mistake seem brutal and "unfair". Overall, the game idea is nice, but too harsh to motivate a player to stay.

That was cool. Would've loved a level picker tho!

Great idea ! What's clever is that the levels want us to jump all the time. It forces us to think differently to reach the goal !
Love the Game Boy aspect of this game !
But I think, it's strange to start all over when we die. I think it's better when we can restart from the level we failed.

Very nicely made fun little game with even a message and that the end of it.

The goal is simple: you have to this small platformer by jumping only once during each level. That makes you carefully think about your every decision and judge your every move. Plus it fits the theme of the jam perfectly.

The design is very minimalistic but effective and is looks really good.

I don't even think I had any major problems with this game. Like obviously it could've been longer and have more mechanics added in later levels, but that is probably due to the limited time of the jam. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the one life for the whole game mechanic, that was pretty unnecessary, but due to the short lenght of the game it wasn't that big of an issue.

Overall, really good work and if the developer decides to stick with it after the jam, it could be really interesting.

Simple but very well done. I liked how each level was basically a puzzle, and that after solving each, the execution was relatively simple. There are a number of levels with traps clearly designed to make you jump without realising, I found that pretty entertaining. I think that the "insta-death on any mistake" mechanic worked because of there only being 15 levels, but with more than that I would find it frustrating. Maybe it would be good to have some indication of how close to the end you are, so that you don't give up after losing on level 11-15?

In a full-fledged version of this game outside of the jam's theme, I could imagine your battery holding more than one charge to allow for larger levels. Otherwise the bouncy enemies in a lot of the levels basically act like an extra jump anyway.

Great job! :)

Simple game, liked it very much! Though I would like to not restart the whole game after death! I liked your message at the end ^^

Very nice *clck* *clck*

I really like how you use the  mechanic of only one jump to troll the player in some of the levels.

Lovely idea, graphics and sound! I didn't really like the start all over again but I guessed it fits the theme. Great job! :D

actually this is a pretty nice idea ... with more complex levels this could be great actually, you would have to plan your way to optimize the use of battery

A superb submission, I appreciate such a simple, but very well made game. Well done.
