Love this idea! The hitboxes made it a little frustrating however. On some levels I'd get trapped and have to wait a few seconds to retry.
Keep up the good work!
Oh yeah right forgot to disable collisions between players and enemies, when I can I'll update them to allow you too pass enemies.
Fun game! The last level was very punishing, Needed a lot of retries to finally beat it and got a bit frustrated with the shield knight in particular. ^^' I'm glad I stumbled over your game!
Thanks! Sorry about the last level though, I made all of them in half an hour so after this I'm going to make sure to take my time redoing them.
No worries, nobody (including me) expects game jam games to be balanced perfectly, there is just too little time for that.
Cheers! ;)
Cool game! I like how you design the combination between weapons and enemies, really interesting. Some rooms are pretty hard (the last one is very challenging).
Good job! :)
Thanks! I'll admit I was going pretty frenetic at the level design since it was about two hours before the jam ended.
I like the idea. I though the theme you chose was "one room" but indead, "one item slot" is the feature. It's a bit slow though I think.
Yeah, I feel I can refine this idea and make it more fast pace maybe add a couple more enemies and Items.
Pretty cool project mate! The shield was my fave weapon, seeing the skeletons hitting themselves made me laugh, haha. The room with three knights and the fire rod between them was so hard! Nice job!
Thank you! I appreciate that you checked out my game and found some humor in there even thought is made of paper cutouts, and yeah... kinda went a little to crazy when designing levels.
Good job keeping to the one level theme.
That was not my intention but I'm glad I managed to accidentally hit the theme in other ways.
