I had fun playing it to the end :)
Nice presentation, and enjoyable quirky physics!!

One thing I need to get better at is using the right amount of power, which I'm far from having mastered hahaha

Now, could I ask you to give our game review? We are stuck into "low-ratings hell" :')

Sure!

For how simple it is simply rotating the camera to aim feels intuitive.

For you first game, in 50 hours, is a very good result. As other have mentioned it could use some more visual helpers for directions and power, but still something to be proud of

We had very similar ideas it seems, haha! I like the use of hazards and the level variety, though the randomness of the score feels somewhat unfair since there's little way to control it.

Really good for a first game! Controls are a bit un-intuitive though, could benefit from having some visual aids (shooting direction), and the shot-strength didn't seem to really correlate with the shown numbers.

cool idea, dice is a little inconsistent but other than that the game is great. Good job.

Really good for a first game! Was a lot of fun to play. One thing I might take a look at was making the physics a bit less buggy - it seemed inconsistent how far the die would fly, even when using max power. Nice work!

Really Cool Game!

I like a good golf game, but dice was a hard theme to make it fit, but you did it!

Great idea to add the dice roll as the "strokes" required to get to the hole.

Kinda wish the shot power reset properly though.

Super submission though!

this entry prooves that games can be fun without super duper graphics or audio. i played it 4 times already.

short and sweet game, cool idea. I dont think i quite understand the way the game calculates force, but it was still fun anyway.

Good Job! Hope you would update it soon!

For your first game, this is very cool, congrats!

I like the idea that the number rolled is added and not the number of hits. However, I found it a bit difficult to control whether a blow/roll is rather flat or high/lobbed. A great enhancement would be to have a scorecard for all holes and perhaps adjust the order of courses so that the difficulty is ascending.

Nice idea, and clean execution. Good job!

Great for a first game! I couldnt work out how to aim properly, but i could get it vaguely towards the goal, and thats the important part.

Visuals are nice too

Submitted

First game? that's impressive!

I only had a physics-related bug, and had a smooth experience overall!

Submitted

yes its a bit buggy but awesome job as a first game!
keep up with the great work!! 😀

Wow we had almost the exact same idea! Fun game!

Very creative, would like to see final score though

Developer

I was attempting to make a section where the final score was shown. However, I wasn't able to figure out how. It will be added after the jam.
