Very stylish and cool, really love the flashes and spookiness of the terminal. Great visual work for a text based game. I had a few problems with image loading and the game not scrolling properly, making it hard to see where I am or keep track of whats going on. And the timing was a bit tight i had to rush everywhere! But the urgency can be good.
Something like that would probably work, and maybe just popups for encountering +1 water instead of dialogues that stop the countdown, would go a long way. I think its cool to have tense travel between settlements, its just a bit stop start. And dont let the my criticisms of it get you down, its still a very cool game!
Incredibly cool world you've built. From very few elements you;ve built a pretty robust resource management system, and I in particular really like how the quest chains come together within regions, with completion opening up the map to bigger area and deeper content. Really cool game!
The pace of travel is very annoying though, slow timers and frequently having to click accept on random things/do combat that is basically just choose the obvious best out of the 3 is a bit tedious, especially when you have to run across 6 or 7 settlements to get where you're trying to go.
Otherwise, really impressive!!

I agree the spare parts is a bit laborious, Definitely planning to more evenly distribute that in the future (and also add a use for bluecaps)
As for the art, yeah I tried to do as minimalist a design as I could while having it still look cohesive, so I could focus mostly on the game. Not sure what direction I want to take it in visually, but I would absolutely be open to some art redesigns by you!!

Super cute and fun game! I love the style, and its refreshing to play a game without literal dice lol. Easy to get softlocked, but since it just a prototype it doesnt matter at all. The movement was so slow at the beginning, it was great! I was feverishly watchingmy little guy collect wood as the timer got closer to zero, freakingout over whether he'd make it in time. And its always good to just see a big swathe of buildings and workers later on.
