There are some issues with this game, such as bugs and glitches or not running as good in the web browser as it would if it was a downloadable. But, this game does have a lot of potential and is one my favorites from the jam. I want to see more of this develop and see where you go from here. Nice Work!

I think it's a cool game with potential that can be explored. 

Things I had troubles with are: Sometimes I get stuck in the air when collecting stuff, I don't know if double jump is intentional, if it is, I didn't really know it and just accidentally did it. The attack looks like it's hitting but it's not. If you want it to be intentionally hard to aim the attack, maybe at least make the visual queues match the area where you can damage the enemies. Also I don't know if you want the player to be encouraged to fight the enemies because to be honest it's easier to just run since the attack of the player is hard to pull off. It would also be cool if there was feedback to getting damaged like invincibility frames so I don't instantly die when a spider decided it wants to walk on my dying body :v.

Like I said it has potential and there's some cool stuff happening here and these are just my opinion, maybe others had a different experience on it. Overall good job! Hwachaa!

Me literally the entire game, "hwachaaaa!" XD Nice art, but a lot of the platforms have too much friction, and the first area has an infinite jump glitch if you platform against a raised object.

The music and art were great! But there are some issues with the player's collider! I guess you could fix it in the next update. Also putting up some death effect would be awesome. ALso, it wasn't too clear to see those spikes in the beginning! SO maybe you can use some sort of glowing effect for enemies and traps too!

I like that the enemies have to be a very precise distance from you to get hit by your attack (not too close and not too far) cause its often way too easy to land a hit in these kinds of games and here its actually a challenge so I like the design choice there.  The double jump however only works properly if you are jumping off of the floor. If you are jumping off of any other object other than the floor (table, chair, even fork) it turns into an infinite jump since you can just keep jumping while in the air indefinitely and skip most of the enemies and platforming. Upon a few more playthroughs I noticed the bobbing smiley head in the red room can spawn spider hatching eggs which was a nice touch, though to fully appreciate things like that, I personally feel like it would have been better to not allow the player to progress further through the rooms until they beat the enemies they encountered (allowing the player to destroy the spider hatching egg thing as well), cause otherwise its too easy too get through especially with the jump glitch. I totally get that if you guys had another day there would be no such problems though so definitely keep working on this. Oh and the art side of the game was really good, based on the description of the game I feel like the game could be much more horror-esque if you wanted.  Good work!

I'm impressed with the art and music you were able to make for this.  It's sort of a shame I just wound up sprinting past most of it to beat the timer, rather than taking it all in.  There doesn't seem to be much point in attacking things when I can just jump over them.  The controls feel a bit slippery.  Not sure what engine you used for this, but it feels like the player's collider keeps getting stuck on things.  If this were Unity, I could recommend ways to fix it.

Well, I don't know how it works in other engines, but in Unity, you can change to box collider instead of capsule to avoid the sliding down the sides of objects.  Also adding a PhysicsMaterial2D.  If you wanna force the player to engage in combat, then having sections that bottle neck to where you can't jump over.

Interesting game, the art is very nice and the sounds are fun, if a little repetitive.

I found the attack difficult to time and I noticed that the red faced guy can double jump indefinitely.

I don't know if there's anything after the first room because the game got stuck on the "level won" screen, left click and space still triggered the sound effects but I couldn't progress any further.

When it first switched and I guess was in the basement? At the end when I jumped it froze and in extreme slow motion came down to the ground and once it touched ground went back to the other. but then when it suppose to switch again? Maybe? everything just went black with the timer still running and music but nothing ever happened. Just stayed black.

Solid character design! Was fun to play a fighting game after playing SO many puzzle games this game jam. The Bruce Lee style "Wa-chouuu" sound when you attack is pretty random but it made me laugh haha.

I am pretty sure that infinity jumps was not a intended mechanic(it happens when I start jumping from the table on the first world). The art style is very good, the sound effects are a bit funny, tho they seems a bit laggy. I did not like that when you attack while jumping the player becomes a feather and takes ages to go down. The attack is a bit weird on the hit box, but it works. The music is good. Just need a bit more polishing, but the main idea is good.
