Lovely little rogue-like, you, had me playing for more than an an hour! Well done.
Glad you liked it! Thanks for playing!
Thanks for hosting the jam this was my first one and I really enjoyed it!
Interesting concept, I was definitely not expecting the projectiles to come back to bite me in the ass, was quite fun xD
Thanks for playing!
Soothing colors and very well presented! The menus felt really alive, big fan of the UI. Instead of mindlessly mashing my mouse, I had to think about my shots, which was a clever touch. All in all a more than worthy entry to the jam. Good job!
Thanks for playing!
Really cool art and concept, but I think what this game really needs are some sound effects. Not saying the game sucks without them, just that I think it will be much better with them
Nice game!
Appreciate the feedback! Thanks for playing!
Impressive game! only crit is make the heart power up increase total hearts because when we become strong with upgrades the health doesn't really go down that much and using the heart power up feels a waste.
Thanks for the feedback really appreciate it!
Thanks for playing!
roguelike good.
Thanks for playing!
The art direction is one of the best selling points for me, it's really well done. I love how the bullets come after you, makes you really think about your shots. It's really nicely put together and I love the fact you can upgrade for future runs. And you even added different difficulty modes? Impressive!
The audio was a little buggy, but other that than it's awesome. Nicely done!
Will try to improve it after the jam. Really appreciate the feedback!
Thanks for playing!
This was fun and really challenging, once I figured out a strategy it was an easy win.
Thanks for playing!
Nice game !
I like the color palette, & the art looks nice.
having to dodge your own shots feels weird & take some getting use to but it's an interesting concept & it force you to take risk & get close enough to hit.
The controls feels a bit rigid though.
Appart from that, it's a good game & taking on procedural generation in a jam is a real challenge ! Kuddos on delivering :)
Appreciate the feedback! Thanks for playing!
Thanks for playing!
I like the procedural aspect to this! The animation of the player walking with the book pages turning is a nice touch. Initially I wasn't too keen on the self attacking spells aha, but it adds another layer of complexity of trying to dodge your own attacks, so you have to make your shots count which is interesting.
Thanks for playing!
Nice little game, I'm not sure about your own projectiles hurting you, but I guess I could just be something to get used to? Love the color palette though!
Thanks for playing!
A fun roguelike game. Enjoyed playing it! Takes time to get used to controls and shooting, but hey - the wizard is actually mediocre with his shooting!
I am glad you liked it!
Thanks for playing!
Incredibly difficult but tons of fun and I kept wanting to get a little further to upgrade my wizard each time!
Glad you liked it! Thanks for playing!
Fun game but its a little hard to kill the enemies. Well done!
Thanks for playing!
Please take some time to review my game.
its a fun game and i had a good time with it, but in my oppinion the self hurting shots are frustrating. Not even the fact that they're hurting you when you dont hit the enemy, but the range they've got until they get self homing is way to short. Maybe make it so, that if they hit a wall, they get self homing? But thats only my taste :)
Other than that a nice game!
Thanks for the feedback really appreciate it!
Thanks for playing!
I enjoy the gameplay, and also the concept, it makes missing shots a bigger yet still avoidable threat, as well as a second chance to hit enemies. A suggestion I have is that your projectiles will disappear if they hit a wall, since when they go through walls it doesn't really allow the player to use the environment to their advantage. If that makes the game to easy, homing could be more accurate, or maybe they can bounce off of walls a number of times before breaking. One issue I had, the web build wasn't working for me at first and took some troubleshooting to load. Including a downloadable desktop version could help with that.
Super fun take on a roguelite-- I tried to max out damage and became a mini-nuke to everything and myself lol. Great work!
Glad you liked it! Thanks for playing!
Great job. It's god of warzards :)
Thank you!
