Wow, Awesome! I love your game! I played until the end! Congrats!
The sounds and level design are really cool. Your game is the best for me!

This game is amazing! It's so much fun to combo moves, the graphics are amazing, the audio is super great. The only problems I have with this game is that the control scheme is weird, and requires me to have both hands right on top of each other, unless I want to switch weapons (guaranteeing that I have to pause to do this). Something like O and P rather than Z and X should (in my opinion) work better. Also, presenting so many controls on the title screen can be overwhelming, spreading them out as those buttons gain functionality would be better (for example, only teach the Z button when the player acquires oil). I unfortunately wasn't able to finish the game, but still had a blast! (since this post is so long I'll send a screenshot of where I got stuck in a separate comment)

This is really well made, love all the puzzle.

This was a great little metroidvania! Lots of clever puzzles in here and I liked how all of the mechanics played off of each other. My only real gripe was that the jump felt a bit strange, since if you jump with forward momentum your character will still do a full forward jump even if you let go of the input, which took some getting used to. I really liked this one though, good job!

Nice game, very good level design and music, liked the oil mechanics a lot! Overall feels solid!

actually beat the game few hours ago, took  screenshot of the final screen, wrote a review and..... forgot to press "post" button, such a shame, so this review is much smaller. But i saved the sun, i swear!

First walkthrough went flawless, fast and quiet enjoyable, but second time i noticed that if you ignite a rope, then leave the room = fire stops midway, that won't let you keep your way. Hope its gonna help you polish the game. Controls and mechanics are intuitive btw, didnt read the controls in menu, but it feels kinda obvious so its cool.

Overall pretty good and solid game, well done!

(p.s. Music is groovy too)

I don't know why, the main character was always in the dark but except that it was really enjoyable and very metroidvania-ish.

Developer

for some reason the web version has messed up lighting, the exe version is much better with that

How can anyone not love an amazing plattaformer like this. I loved those graphics and gameplay. Just amazing!

I can't believe you have deployed it for almost all plattaforms. Incredible,

(Don't forget to check out my game :D)

This is a really great puzzle game. The concept is interesting. The music and art were really well done. Really good and polished game. Good luck on the jam!

I loved this one, the puzzles were great, they had the perfect balance of being challenging versus how intuitive it is to figure out.

the game was nice and simple! The puzzle interactions are swift but i did get stuck on some haha but dats coz am not really gd with puzzle games!

While the concept doesn't fit the theme typically, it was pretty creative and I especially liked the idea of oiling the blocks in order to push them. Also, the music changing depending on progression was a nice touch. Overall great game!

ohh very nice.. there were a couple o spots that troubled me.. i couldn't see the solution for a while and that was excellent. I enjoyed the game very much , easy gameplay, cool music and the thing i liked the most is the dark background with the dark mage. That made the game magical! Well done guys, i would love to see more lvls

While I don't think the way it fits the theme is very unique, I loved this submission! Has some great puzzles and the way the different puzzle elements interact are great! The atmosphere and art are fantastic and the music fits very well. My main critiques really just boil down to some overall polish. Player movement felt a little too sensitive (at least on keyboard) for example. Seriously a great submission though and I look forward to your future projects!

I think the most unique idea was oiling the block to move it; that was really dope. The whole game is really polished fun fun. I'm recommending it to others. Thanks for the game! I didn't understand how it fit the theme but the overall game was really fun.

Really neat take on the theme I can see this being a cool metroidvenia discovering new powers and how they combine, I did find it hard to do the platforming sine the player was unlit and i could work out what to do against the metal golem but i still had fun playing :)

the light in 2D makes the games so beatiful, nice graphics and concept!
