Thanks for playing! Yeah my little brother is still young but I'm introducing him to the world of game development. He had a lot of fun drawing the levels on notebook paper as I inputted them in the engine.

Thank you very much for playing!

Thank you!!

Thanks! The music and sfx were a blast to create!

Thanks for playing! That's a very interesting idea. We had a couple of stretch concepts planned for creating obstacles that appeared and disappeared at different intervals, but we did not get time to implement it in the end.

Thank you! We've been considering doing a mobile release after the jam, but nothing set in stone yet!

Thanks!

Thank you! The sounds were very fun to create.

Yeah! We tried to make it harder to "cheese" the levels by just clicking randomly by implementing the "no sparks on the same line rule", but it didn't work for every level. Thanks for playing!

Thanks!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. The difficulty was something we were worried about, since some of the levels you can make by just clicking randomly. Glad to hear it was well-tuned!

Thanks!!

Thank you so much!

Cool concept!! I am no good at fine mouse control so it was difficult for me to get more than one sheep in my loops. Lots of polish here!

The music and shaky camera really made me feel like I was going fast! Very fun. I couldn't figure out how to get the card mechanics to work though.

Really cool concept and stellar execution! The first time I got to reverse time it was very exciting. I had one side of solar panels and one side of turrets in my build so whenever there was a really difficult enemy I would turn the deadly side towards them. Really fun!

This game is so hard! I couldn't even complete one cycle lol. I like the art and animations but the sounds are a bit loud.

Really unfortunate that you got burned out after working on a short hike. It seemed like you put your all into that project, and in such a short timeframe, too. Glad to see you're still working on games!

I remember seeing this prototype shown off in your postmortem talk on a short hike and really liking the visual style. Can't wait for whatever you choose to create next! Good luck!

The pluses were a design decision that we ended up regretting - the single and double have a negative effect (-2, -1, respectively) on the wheel's score, whereas the triple and quadruple have a positive effect (+1, +2, respectively).

The logic was that none of these buttons actually removed anything from the pot, so we hesitated to put a minus sign for the negative values. In retrospect our solution caused more problems than it intended to solve. Sorry about that!

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed the sound effects and visuals!

Thanks for playing! We planned on having the ingredient's effects show up when hovering over it but we ran out of time. Thanks for your feedback!

MULTIWHEEL!!!

Thanks for playing!!

Thank you for your suggestion! We wanted to have more info in-game when you hovered over ingredients (e.g. +3 heat, -2 texture, etc), but we ran out of time.

We also meant to have a score system that took accuracy into account before awarding points (so spamming would be discouraged).

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the praise and thank you for playing!

YES!! Thanks for your comment!

Absolute cinema

!!!!!

Did you Accidentally Get a Job as Mayor of Animal Town and Now Have Only One Day to Plan an Entire Neighborhood?

thanks for playing!!

Yes, that would be awesome! We didn't have time to do sound in the jam period but maybe post-results...

Thanks so much for playing and thank you for the high praise!

Hahahaha omg! That bug with the driver turning into the trees is not intentional. Must have been some error with the state resetting. Thank you for playing!

Thank you for playing! Yes, the driver unresponsiveness is supposed to be a feature. Originally we planned to have some kind of feedback indicator when the driver misunderstands you. The driver will fail to turn if you tell them to turn too late, and it becomes more difficult as rage level increases.

The burger is a secret!  🤫 🤫

Thank you! The driver is supposed to take a bit of time to process commands, and this delay gets worse as the rage level increases. Additionally, the driver will not turn if the command is given too late.

Hello there, thank you for playing our game! We intended to have a UI speech bubble of the driver saying something like "you didn't tell me to turn early enough" or something like that. Unfortunately we couldn't do this due to time constraints. The driver will not turn if you tell them too late or too early.

Hi there! Thanks for playing! If you tell the driver to turn too late, he will fail to react in time, and will miss the turn.

Thank you!

Thanks for playing! The delay is intentional. There was a scrapped feature where the driver would have dialogue bubbles, and the original intention was to have the driver say "hmm..." or something before actually performing the command.

Nice and simple game. This concept has a lot of potential I think it could use some expansion, because right now there are periods of time where the player can sit and watch while the audience throws money at them. I loved the visuals too! The different fighter classes and items were pretty interesting as well.

Haha this game is so frustrating! The visuals are stunning!

It may help if you get a running start before jumping from the ledge! I hope you will eventually make it past that difficult jump!!
