Very simple and fun, also a lot of wheels. I wasn’t sure if the pluses were 1-to-1, because at some point I was just adding 0 of a lot of things! Still, the feedback and audiovisual stuff were great – I loved the gently bubbling chili and clicking through a bunch of wheels. Very satisfying.

The pluses were a design decision that we ended up regretting - the single and double have a negative effect (-2, -1, respectively) on the wheel's score, whereas the triple and quadruple have a positive effect (+1, +2, respectively).
The logic was that none of these buttons actually removed anything from the pot, so we hesitated to put a minus sign for the negative values. In retrospect our solution caused more problems than it intended to solve. Sorry about that!
Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed the sound effects and visuals!
I really like vibes and the art is very cute! And the general cooking idea is really cool! I was able to roughly figure out what each ingredient would do to the final result. One thing that confused me was that all segments had '+' on them, so at the start I just assumed that if I always clicked on the biggest slice it would give the maximum amount of the ingredient. Also, I think randomizing the wheels for each client would add some easy variety to the game.
Overall I liked the game and the concept, good job!
This was clever! I think with a lot of trial and error I could figure out how each ingredient would affect the bars but I think an ingame 0-3 scale when you mouse over the ingredient would help a ton. But overall I really enjoyed the concept and trying to make the perfect chili!
M-M-M-M-MULTIWHEEL!!!!!
Nice sounds and art! Cook, Serve, Wheel is a great use of the mechanic! Was confused for a second post-first-serve, didn’t initially realize “after 2 minutes of serving” meant “serve as much as you can in 2 minutes”.
I’m hungry now.
Very interesting mechanic with the wheels! With so many different options, you can reach the targets in different creative ways. I like that a lot!
I do think the UX could be "spiced up" a bit (lolol). Maybe mousing over a section on a wheel could show how it would affect the flavors if you were to choose that option. This would help make it more obvious which ingredients do what and give the player more info to plan off of!
I also think its weird there is nothing stopping you from just spamming the serve button and getting a super high score.
Regardless, I still enjoyed playing this one very much :) The sound effects in particular were fun
Thank you for your suggestion! We wanted to have more info in-game when you hovered over ingredients (e.g. +3 heat, -2 texture, etc), but we ran out of time.
We also meant to have a score system that took accuracy into account before awarding points (so spamming would be discouraged).
Thanks for playing!
Creative use of the Wheel mechanic! Nice art and sound effects, as well.
This one was really cute, it took me a second to figure out how to actually affect the ingredients I was adding, the negative multipliers also being +'s are a bit confusing lol. The art is really good and I love the vibe of it all, once I figured out how things worked it was fun trying to balance the ingredients out, good job!
Thanks for the feedback! We thought it could be confusing to label the "negative" multipliers with minus signs because you're not really subtracting from the chili, there's just less that you're adding. But I can understand that it was confusing if you already know how the wheel is supposed to work.
